What do you like best about the product?
The seamless experience between mobile and web is a plus. Helps while on the go.

It was not immediately intutitve and has a bit of a learning curve to use it properly.

I love how campaigns and prospect details are easy to find, update, and export whenever needed. The integrations are also really awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to get granular on reports and/or pulling in data from different areas to mesh together. The UI could be more user-friendly.

SFSC allows our sales and B2B team to work more streamlined when dealing with our B2B prospect data.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a robust CRM tool that provides a wide range of features to support businesses of all sizes. It has excellent integration capabilities and a user-friendly interface, enabling sales teams to boost productivity. While its extensive customization options can make the implementation process more complex, the benefits outweigh the challenges for companies aiming to scale their sales operations. Their customer support is very helpful, offering both chat and call support. As a Salesforce developer and Administrator, I use Sales Cloud on a daily basis.

For now, there is nothing to share, but I will update if there is anything to suggest in the future.

Just a little bit of technical elbow grease, and you can configure custom flows and triggers to align to your business process
