What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce invests in sales cloud low-code / no-code automation tools. It allows admins to build sophisticated solutions without the need to learn a lot of coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ui feels a little retro but it is not a big deal. It's just more of an aesthetic thing.

I love the end to end full visibility of the leads and clients in sales cloud. You can also build in touch base cadences with your clients even after the sales/transaction is completed.

Salesforce Sales Cloud gives customers a ready to go platform for supporting their sales teams with managing leads and opportunities , helping converting them into business.

A lot of functionality is deferred to third party ISVs which open up additional partnership to manage, customers would want to simplify licensing and cost to go through Salesforce

Sales Cloud lets you consolidate leads and build lead nurturing and scoring to streamline the time spent by sales teams on high quality leads
