We can predict future sales with visibility into pipeline and forecasts.

Nothing at the moment, but hope to take some of the lessons from Dreamforce back to the team.

Time-Saving CRM with Seamless Slack Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud improves teamwork amongst our sales, accounting, and IT departments, significantly enhancing collaboration. The integration with Slack is particularly beneficial, streamlining communication and helping us keep track of customer records effectively. This has resulted in substantial time savings for us.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud enhances collaboration among sales, accounting, and IT, saving us time. Integration with Slack improves team communication and customer record tracking.

SF Sales Cloud is a game-changer for streamlining sales processes. Its automation, insights, and custom tools help boost productivity and improve lead conversion. I also love its seamless integration and mobile access, making it perfect for our businesses.

Maybe price- sometimes feels a bit high priced for a smaller business.
