I like how is easy to use and it's connectivity with the other salesforce tools

I found it not created for SMB companies who face limited budgets.

Salesforce sales cloud is helping my customers, reach out clients in a more timely manner, reducing touch points and repetition

I love the powerful workflows that help make my sales teams lives easier. I'm also a big fan of the AI components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides. I would just mention that to paint the full customer 360 you will also need other clouds.
