What do you like best about the product?
I like using Agentforce Sales to access my opportunities and maintain task hygiene efficiently. It helps me manage my data and deadlines well, with each name, email, and title all in one place, offering ease of access. I appreciate its capabilities to make reports and CSV sheets efficiently. I also find the interface good, with many options and features that make it very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphs and stats could be better. The theme can also be worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to access opportunities and maintain task hygiene. It manages my data and deadlines well, consolidating names, emails, and titles. Reporting capabilities and CSV sheet creation are efficient, and the interface is informative.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Agentforce Sales as a CRM and sales tracking system because it allows me to collect all data about customers in one place. The dashboards, reports, and lists are simple to build and use, making it easier to update data. I find the ease of creating specific and detailed reports and dashboards particularly helpful in supporting my activities. Additionally, the setup was simple since I have used it in the past. If there's a strong need for handling complex processes and details, this system is definitely the one to use, provided you have knowledge, experience, and a qualified admin to make it work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly it is related to personal permissions and not to the product capabilities. Nothing that can be fixed in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to centralize all customer data in one place. The dashboards and reports are easy to create and update, helping me build specific, detailed insights to support my activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales makes it easy to have all my information in one place and is user-friendly. I also appreciate being able to look up all my opportunities regularly and keep close monitoring of those sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app required less manual input for opportunities and could auto-populate more information.

What stands out most is that it's not just a CRM - it's a small sales platform that combines automation, AI, and deep customization to genuinely improve how sales teams work. I find Agentforce Sales to be invaluable as it serves as the central hub integrated with CPQ, communication analytics, and integration tools, creating a fully connected sales ecosystem. Despite the manageable initial setup, unlocking the full power of Agentforce Sales requires proper planning, technical knowledge, and a structured implementation approach. I would rate Agentforce Sales a 9 out of 10, and I would definitely recommend it to teams serious about scaling their sales operations, especially if they can invest in proper implementation and optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features of Agentforce Sales, especially around lead management and lead conversion. These features are very good, and I appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we need, like HubSpot, which we currently use in our project. That integration is a strong point, and we're very happy about it. Also, the opportunity management feature gives us a very comprehensive view of the different opportunities coming into the system from various channels and helps us realize or forecast revenue from those opportunities. Additionally, the documentation provided was very good, making the initial setup straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we felt that could definitely improve is the opportunity schedules. Currently, we don't get schedules generated until very late in the sales process. It would be good if they could be brought out earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales gives me a great view of the pipeline, helps with forecasting, and efficiently manages lead conversion. It's effective in nurturing leads within the system.

The search tab located at the top of the page could be improved to follow the scrolling of the page without returning to the top.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is its ability to centralize customer data and streamline the entire sales process. It can be a bit complex at first and takes time to get used to. Some features are not very intuitive, and setting everything up properly can be time-consuming

It helps in keeping all customer and sales data in one place. Earlier things were a bit unorganized, but now it’s easier to track leads, manage follow-ups, and stay on top of the sales process. It saves time and improves overall productivity.
