The easy of usage and transfer act of data between multiple departments

One global CRM for all organizations within the company, with the ability to deploy global processes and features across the whole sales community

Complexity of roles and profiles updates management and maybe UX starts to be outdated

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for managing our sales opportunities and have been using for a long time with plans to expand!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more standard integrations between other clouds but am excited to see that Salesforce is working on improving this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's popular across industries, even in companies that don't require such a complex system. I do wish that Salesforce spent more time sharing and teaching about how to modernize legacy implementations. Every new release feels half baked and done to appease stockholders not users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that support agents don't provide a root cause of issues we encounter.

Sales Cloud provides a home base for the sales reps. All their work begins and ends in Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the most prevalent CRM solution for businesses. Out of the box and customization available for any industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited native analytics through SOQL. Data integrations sometimes clunky.
