The Salesforce Sales Cloud support all Marketing activities providing visibility of the diferents campaigns using de Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The challenges are the licences available to all of the employees that serve external customers.

What do you like best about the product?
With Sales Cloud, we could visualize the activity of our salesperson and managing them smoothly. Especially, Einstein conversation insight is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad, but it would be better if Sales Cloud could be used as Excel spread sheets.

Before using Sales Cloud, we couldn't track the sales activities. With Sales Cloud, we can track them easily.

I like being able to customize Salesforce to my sales process easily and have the ability to scale with Salesforce when I'm ready. I also like the focus on new sales products.
