Duplicate records are created when integrated with sales force. Development team is working on fixing it

What do you like best about the product?
A major update to Salesforce's standard product, Sales Cloud, will be happening soon. New features are being added one after another, making it full of highlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I'm unsure how to make use of them. It seems that in future updates, it will be possible to visualize the features I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can integrate customer information and visualize the status of sales activities.

Been a Sales cloud user and Admin for the organizations I have worked in the past and I would vouch for how easy it is for non technical colleagues to adapt to it.

Better reporting abilities on tasks and events for the sales reps.
