Sometimes discovering new features isn't quite intuitive.

Great out of the box functionality, integrated eith data from other areas of the business under a trusted platform

The cost of the platform id high compared with competitors but the value is higher as well

Watched a great demo at Dreamforce to utilize activity flows and Einstein transcripts to created a guided user experience. Can't wait to implement in our org

Sales Cloud has allowed us to systematize and automate processes that were previously manual or managed in Excel. It has come to simplify our processes and dedicate more time to our associates.
