We are using Sales Cloud for a long time and it is one of the best product

We get update 3 times a year and we need to kee ourself upgraded all the time

Salesforce Sales cloud No more lost leads
What do you like best about the product?
Due to Sales Cloud, my company was able to better track Leads with lead management and had an overall better view of our opportunity pipeline. The sales cloud was easy to integrate and easy to implement. We had to contact customer support to increase our user license and that was an easy process. We use Salesforces Sales Cloud daily and our daily user count is now stable with our continued growth we have found the right product for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not find one, we only wish we found it sooner as it would have saved us more money and long nights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used Excel spread sheets to track our Leads and Opprotunities. With Sales cloud we have better overall lead and opportunity tracking and management and enhanced account management that comes with the sales automation that we have in place.

It helped to build a business application with very nice interface and friendly user interface with quick flows and minimal clicks

It solves the major problem that sales rep have, they don't have enough time to enter a bunch of data and sales cloud helps with it
