It's thorough, with seemingly infinite features. The integrations available are second to none, and help our business in all departments from the commercial team and support team to finance and compliance. The reports and dashboards, providing our teams have filled out the necessary fields, give us ample data on where we are and aren't performing as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the big thing, as it's one of the more expensive on the market. However, when you use it, you can generally see why this is. Furthermore, the customer support is not very good, despite having lots of online forums.

Salesforce is a CRM that genuinely works for all departments. Unlike others in the market, it has all the tools and features for sales, account management AND marketing.
