Report creation / editing can be a bit clunky / exporting contacts from my book of accounts

Houses all essential information related to my book of accounts, used to process renewals, contracts etc.

I felt is that it is very flexible for all the businesses and it really has easy automation which helps us streamline process and tasks

I found it bit expensive as compared to other similar softwares available in market.

We usually maintain our data in this software and it usually helps us in planning our sales and marketing approaches for upcoming year

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the main items in a sales process are easily related (company, contact details, contacts, activities...). it is an agile solution so once that you need to open a tab, it is a quick process
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the main aspects are easy to find, it may be complicated to find some pieces of info because it depends on the implementation that the company did.
There are aspect of the sales process that are not really into sales cloud as quoting and you may lost the feeling of working on the same platform once that you reach that point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked with Salesforce for over 10 years and it is the solution that allows me to track my sales activities. I register all the activities that I do with my partners in customers while I can keep working on the opportunities. From Salesforce, I track and create new pipeline and I manage the new leads coming from the marketing team.

I like that you can keep a well managed and organised pipeline. It is a great CRM product where you can find everything in one place. You can even connect Salesforce to your email and make work even more managable.

Sometimes it is very slow or when there are issues you need to have IT on hand.

It is a great tool to keep all your customers organised in leads and opportunities. You can access all the information from one place and also create notes to help you keep track of the progress. It helps a lot with organising and managing your pipeline effectively.
