It's a one stop shop with every integration imaginable! Very user friendly and intuitive.

I wish I had more rights, but that's up to my Admin team!

It’s easy to use, and the information feels safe, so I have a better understanding of the customer.

I don’t like that, for Colombia, there isn’t a telephone box.

It helps me understand my customers better, and it allows our relationship to improve and sales to grow.

it keeps all client and case information in one place. it is easier to track interactions, manage tasks, and stay organized while working with different clients.

sometimes feel complex, especially when navigating different features or entering detailed information.

managing and organizing client information and tasks in one system. This benefits me by making it easier to track cases, follow up with clients, and keep accurate records of services provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and the ability to work cross-platform between mobile and cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were an option to add APIs, even if it came at an additional cost for the entry-level platforms. That would make it much easier to import data from third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track clients and identify potential new ones who would be interested in our services. It also lets me work seamlessly from the initial enquiry through to delivery.

The ease of use and availability of all the lead info I require easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow sometimes. Dont have the ability to generate reports or personalised filters.

All my leads in one place, and their status. Integration with Clari also helps.
Effortless Tracking, Stellar Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I think the fact that Salesforce Sales Cloud is very intuitive is great because you don't need a lot of training to understand it. It's very easy to update and track information. I really value the feature for creating opportunities since it helps with keeping records of sales data. I also like that it connects to Outlook, allowing me to track email threads and know the history for upcoming renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of information and a lot of back end that is not that useful. Additionally, sometimes there are windows that need updating, so there's one time a month where you cannot input anything onto Salesforce because it won't be captured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to keep track of opened sales opportunities and update their status, streamlining reporting and tracking sales data all in one platform.
Streamlined Sales with Quick Quote Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth the integrations and the whole process are in Salesforce Sales Cloud. The recent feature of Agentforce for auto quote creation is crazy, reducing the quote creation process from 72 clicks taking 3-4 minutes to just 5-10 seconds, which greatly boosts productivity. Our integration with SAP for invoices works really well. The initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud was convenient, and we've received very positive feedback from users. I appreciate how sophisticated the platform is, especially after acquiring multiple companies—it makes data migration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While on call and converting a lead at the same time, the call gets dropped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlined our sales process, improved integration with SAP for invoices, and made quote creation faster, boosting productivity. It resolved issues with our old platform like lag and manual tasks, with much smoother sales forecasting.

I use it daily for almost every part of my routine—sales, leads, follow-ups, and operations. It’s very intuitive and genuinely helpful, and overall it’s a great tool.

Currently the Mobile version is a little clunky, but I don't use it as much, very rare

One thing I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex for new users. The platform has many features and customization options, which is great, but it can take time to learn and configure everything properly. New team members sometimes need training before they feel comfortable using it.
Another downside is that some advanced features and integrations can be expensive, especially for smaller teams or startups. However, once everything is set up correctly, the platform becomes very powerful and useful for managing the sales process.
