Staying on top of my work expenses has never been easier (or more fun)
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has made the process of submitting my receipts, memos, and otherwise looking after my expenses for the accounting department an absolute breeze. The interface they've designed to interact with my expenses is intuitive, easy to use, and so flexible. You can email your receipts, upload manually, upload from your smartphone.. it's remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. It's been a delight to have my own company credit card with my own linked portal to manage my expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to make purchases on behalf of my organization very quickly. It gives me autonomy to pay for what I need, when I need it, without having to wait for special authorizations or bottlenecks in finance and accounting. On top of that, I am able to quickly upload receipts and memos to my expenses without having to navigate anything tricky or complex. Accounting is not my forte... I'm a marketer. Brex has made my life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We started working with Brex as an alternative to traditional platforms, and Brex stands out for its convenience, intuitive and functional layout, and extremely professional support team. Whenever we need assistance, their support responds immediately and always follows up afterward. Brex is a straightforward way to drive business growth.

We have no complaints about Brex; the platform meets our needs exceptionally well.

It's very easy to use, quick to open an account, support is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pushing it here, but I couldn't figure out how to have two separte company accounts run on the same app. I have an LLC with Brex account and a Delaware Corp with Brex account. But I can only use the app with one account :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My needs are simple: I need a business account with ability to create virtual cards, simple dashboards and quick response of support. All of that is done with brex.
Easy to use; Image Texts for Fast Expense Uploads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and especially like that I can take a picture of my receipt and text it in to have it updated for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with it. The only thing I wish was different is it's a little tricky if you eat at a restaurant and leave a tip, because it flags it as not matching the transaction amount (due to the tip not coming through yet). It updates itself once the tip comes through though so it's not really a big issue.

It makes it easy to track my business travel expenses. I'm in sales.

I can submit my receipt for the business expense right away, rather than trying to save and organize them all month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't as intuitive as I'd like and I had one issue with my virtual card being mastercard while trying to buy gas at Costco.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had this job 6 months, traveling twice a month, gas, uber, flight, rental and all the other expenses. Each needs a receipt attached to an excel sheet each month. That was our archaic way of doing things before Brex. Now, the app prompts me and it's done instantly.

This makes logging business expenses such an easy process. What used to take a giant lump of time now takes less than a minute.
