Incredibly Intuitive and Efficient for Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex to cover a variety of expenses such as small SaaS subscription fees, travel expenses, and ad hoc purchases. It's a big time saver for work travel since I never have to create expense reports; I just snap photos of receipts or forward them via email. I also love the incredibly intuitive UI, it makes the whole experience easy to use. If I need more credit line any given month, it's very quick and easy for our admins to update my card's limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to ever accidentally use Brex for a personal purchase, I would be stressed out about how to fix that easily (ie, pay my company back). For example, I have Brex linked to my work profile on Uber. If I booked a personal trip on Uber using my work profile, I would have no idea how to fix that and would be stressed to loop in my boss to help me correct it. If this solution exists, great - I just haven't seen it and have worried about this potentially happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex to cover various business expenses, and it's a big time saver for work travel. I never have to create expense reports; I just snap photos of receipts and upload them or forward receipts via email.

Effortless Corporate Expense Management with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I find Brex simpler than American Express and easier to share globally with all of our employees. It saves employees from having to spend their own money and then get reimbursed, which is really convenient. The virtual cards are quick and easy to issue to employees. The interface is easy to work with, which helps solve a lot of problems we used to face. As an approver of card expenses, I enjoy the mobile app because I get email notifications to my phone whenever someone needs spend approval. It’s very easy for me to review and approve expenses directly through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex is an expense management software and it works well for that purpose. Brex also has an invoice processing component but it is not sufficient for it business. It would be nice if Bed was more than just a credit card for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex for any kind of card transactions as part of our corporate credit card program, simplifying global sharing for employee and corporate expenses. It provides virtual cards, preventing out-of-pocket spending for employees and has an easy-to-use interface for smooth expense approvals.

Brex has been really helpful. The app is easy to use, and I like not having to remember receipts or submit expenses manually.

I have nothing I dislike about Brex as a front facing user.

It solves the need to submit work expenses. Having my own card has been really helpful, because I don’t have to spend my own money on work trips.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Brex. I like the interface and how we have debit cards tied to the account, which helps a lot for physical purchases. The auto online notifications are set up so every time an employee makes a purchase, we're able to see it and track it. Overall, I really enjoy the service. It's also been really user-friendly, and the online portal is good for managing everything. Customer service has been excellent, and I generally enjoy the service a lot. Switching from a traditional bank to Brex has been a positive experience for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that can be improved is having an easier way to do same day transactions. It sometimes takes a delay, a day or 24 hours, to get money from one account to another. It would be better if it was more instantaneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves our issue of unclear expenditures by allowing us to categorize expenses upfront, thus improving clarity and management. We can track every purchase made by employees in real-time, reducing guesswork and streamlining our financial operations.

I really love how Brex is super easy to use and how I can upload receipts effortlessly. It's usually really fast, and I never have issues with it. Downloading everything out of it is super easy as well. The initial setup was also super easy for me. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Brex offers a seamless experience with state-of-the-art UI/UX, minimalist interactions, and smart components that can enhance and speed up reconciliation, management, and visibility of financial operations. It works seemingly in real-time, has a handful of useful integrations, proactive support, and smooth onboarding. It even has built-in intelligence features for its competitive price.

I love the convenience of easily uploading all of our receipts daily. Since we use Brex daily, multiple times a day for numerous employees, it automates the process beautifully for us. The initial setup was extremely easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The website and app are easy to use. Automations are available to streamline processes and save time around the organization. The rewards are nice as well. Overall, solid app.

It can take a little while to see the system learn automations and auto fill type of stuff. But overall, no major complaints.

Speed of expense management across the org. We can then reallocate time across growth driving tasks.
Highly Convenient, Effortlessly Manages Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex for my job expenses and find it really convenient, especially since I can just tap into the app on my phone and do my expense reports easily. It's easy for me to make expense reports and handle memos and things like that for my job. I also appreciate that the Brex card works with my Apple Wallet, which makes paying for things like garage fees seamless, and then I can just fill out the expense report with Brex. Setting up Brex was very easy too; they provided step-by-step guidance and it was simple to use.
