Tableau - Visualizing date made easy

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that we like about Tableau is the flexibility of creating dashboards with multiple data streams. The drag and drop interface makes it very easy to create dashboards. We have connected various data sources like Excel and other cloud applications. The community support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it can hanlde a resonable amount of data but it still gets jittery when it has to handle large data sets. The basic features are fairly easy to adapt but the advanced features are a bit tricky to grasp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to create interactive dashboards to visualize KPI's that are useful to our internal management and also to analytics team. Out manufacturing team uses to predict demand for various product supplies.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to to use , drag and paste tool. Also easy database connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex tableau query. Difficult hard core developement if require.

I like Tableau best for its user-friendly interface and powerful data visualization capabilities, which allow for quick, interactive insights without needing extensive coding knowledge.

What I dislike about Tableau is its relatively steep cost and occasional limitations in handling very large datasets efficiently without additional data preparation steps.

Tableau solves the problem of making complex data easily understandable by allowing me to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards. This benefits me by enabling faster, data-driven decision-making and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, even if they lack technical expertise.

Best Alternative to Power BI if not fan of DAX and Microsoft

What do you like best about the product?
Visuals tend to looks more appealing on Tableau, but one thing I really like about Tableau is the fact there are many more font choices than Power BI
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a license you're not able to connect to databases, only available data source is from Excel or CSV
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The same problem I solve with Power BI or any other Business intelligence tool for that matter, analyze data, vizualise data, identifying trends and so on. But if I were to chose a specific aspect Tableau benefits me, I'd say the ease of making beautiful dashboards. it's way easier to make an appealing dashboard in Tableau than Power BI
