Simplified Dashboard Creation and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Creating dashboards and generating complex reports has become much simpler now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to mention, as most of our use cases are addressed.

Where the product is so useful it might come with a cost .

We used to use PowerBI and now we use Tableau for the same but it is live whereas PowerBI was not live.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is a standard Salesforce product, as this means it benefits from the same level of support and regular releases as other offerings in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native connectors need to be expanded further and further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to analytics, while the Salesforce reporting tool is quite good, Tableau provides more opportunities for expansion. Although Tableau does have some limitations, it has been working well for me so far.

Powerful Data Visualizations, Minor Setup Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Tableau's ability to visualize very complex and huge datasets in a more user-friendly manner. The UI, graphical, and dashboard views are extremely helpful, especially when dealing with large amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and product configuration to be challenging. It was difficult to find some technical details, and while the account executive team was helpful, these aspects were still quite tough to navigate.

I use Tableau to visualize complex, large datasets in a user-friendly interface, making data analytics more efficient with helpful UI, graphical, and dashboard views.
