What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has empowered our business by allowing us to house all of our mission critical timelines and documents in one super simple easy to manage environment
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to see multiple projects in one central GANT view, this is less of a dislike and more of a nice to have in general monday.com is easy to use and simple to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a remote team on track is tricky, with monday.com being a cloud based service it helps us all stay connected to the important information needed to build, iterate and support oir products

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to collaborate on projects with other team members, and I love how you can set a timeline to let your team know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how pulses/subitems work took me a little while in the beginning, but overall I have been happy with all of the functions of Monday.com once I learned how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on tasks and projects with my team. I like seeing who all has viewed a pulse since not all updates need a response. It makes sure everyone is on the same page.
In a league of its own
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly design and layout. It takes zero time to become comfortable with this application. I've tried other PM systems and none have come close to Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit the text and paragraphs in the replies like I can in the initial update box. Other than that, I cannot think of anything I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've eliminated the need to flag multiple email chains from different people on the same project. Thanks to Monday.com I can simply update the project guidelines in real time.
Great for transparency and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface. Easy to manage and build. Very eye pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates can be overwhelming and keeping it simple helps. You can easily spend a lot of time managing vs being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, production management, client transparency. Time clocks, finances, services.

Phone support is nice or even a chat when your a user.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations! Monday.com makes it exceptionally easy for remote teams to communicate and organize tasks across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Items cannot yet be duplicated across different boards and workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Siloed departments. As an all remote SaaS startup, communications between team members across departments can be difficult. Monday.com creates a one-place platform where our Client Success team can directly communicate and assign tasks with prioritization to the Software Development team.

The big board feature. It's very easy to find tasks.

It lags sometimes but other than that it's great.

Easy to use, the team understands it, we can easily manage tasks and plan in time the tasks ahead

On occasions, there can be a lot going on in the boards; not that it's Monday's fault but it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, meeting deadline and understanding what everyone in the team is doing and when.

What do you like best about the product?
Working as a team I find that using a helpful support board like the ones offered on monday.com we can keep track of cases, data requests and new functionality will complete ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to integrate more software into monday.com as I feel there is so much to gain from this. the Teams/monday.com isn't the best as it doesn't add much to the monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with external devs using the board has allowed me to close critical bugs, major data requests and even test change controls from anywhere in the world. I have been able to complete my job quickly and effectively even when I have been 2000 miles from my office
Recommendations to others considering the product:
id highly recommned this any company that has a support process in need to simplifying its adds life and ease to a section of any company that is considered boring and slow
