Simple ,great and user-friendly project management software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very similar to JIRA. The monday.com tries to keep things simple and elegant. It makes it extremely easy to manage daily tasks at our organization. Also the notification system is super useful to be on track with updates and also get things done more efficiently. It is very versatile, real-time and a game changer project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should have been an ability to rearrange the task tabs so that we could arrange it based on priority. Also, creating subtasks would be a great feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client is just starting to build their IT infrastructure. They needed something less expensive, easier to maintain project tracker and it seems monday.com has been a boon for them. Since, they are a startup , real-time communication is very important and due to some reason we didnt have the bandwidth to use tools like Teams or other chatting options. This was where using monday.com was a great option.
Love using Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure if I can nail down one most helpful thing about Monday.com, there really are a ton of great features. It's easy to collaborate, and you can do so much to customize different projects and items to fit whatever type of project you're working on. I think the UX is great as well and easy to learn how to use, though I still feel like I regularly find out about features I didn't know about from co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had issues with is the search feature within Monday. It doesn't search comments within items so sometimes it makes it a bit challenging to track down specific items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stay organized and collaborating more efficiently with teams internally, as well as with external partners.
Monday its an easy way to manage and view a great team of doers!

I like that graphics and the design of the app let you follow up on your work and each member of your team and your team´s performance, work hours and effort

Can´t think of anything that I didn´t like. ABSOLUTELY!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the work load of a team of 8 architects and about 32 projects going on for about 4 years, making us more productive and focused in getting things done

The basic plan is limited. I wish it contained a little bit more of the standard plan.

Communicating projects where several areas are involved is effective, sharp, and easy to get.
Easiest way to stay organized as organization
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability, design and flow. We have boards within boards for each department with forms and automations into our other systems

Some team members who are not tech savvy struggle with learning the layouts

Communication between departments and systems.
Great application for any business owner to organise and manage tasks between any number of members.

I like how each of the tasks can be categorised and how all the tasks can be marked as in progress/done/pause/deleted

I would prefer a more smooth ui and a more easy to understand looking screen.

Monday.com is solving everything wrong with it and im loving it.
Monday.com Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the platform. It has presets to generate ideas but after that you can change just about anything to fit it to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of user accounts can ramp quickly if you are using in additional to other enterprise software (e.g. everyone needs a MS365 account, an a Monday.com account, etc.) but, they are more than generous with the Guest plan options that is unlimited and allows guest users (other email domain) to interact with you on your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me manage multiple teams and multiple projects while also carving out a space for my personal tasks management.
The app is very good, work well and can be use for many kind of work

The structure, I can give permision to guest and work with outsourcing

What do you like best about the product?
Birds, docs, views, and tools that are easily adaptable to any need. Perfect for solo work, easy for teams, share with clients too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real complaint is that it's lacking a robust integration with one of our other primary saas tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage and view all PM work and keep track of tasks. The time tracking tool is also enormously helpful.
