What do you like best about the product?
The usability is very good, it makes my work a lot easier and It´s very good for keeping track of everything in your day to day work.

The connection lags sometimes and there are some bugs

HubSpot empowers you to track all your conversion data and lead lifecycle changes right within the CRM, eliminating the need for additional analysis tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. You're meeting all my needs.

Creation of marketing events in the Ads department

I've started to create sequences and workflows in order to automatize aspects of my communication with our partners and colleagues, which has made me save a lot of time and effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think the search could be more precise or accurate. I'd also like if the platform could make a scan of attached documents on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides efficient pipelines on which each team can receive their corresponding tickets i.e.: accounting invoices, customer support requests, sales, etc. It provides a very useful platform we can rely on.

Tutorials explain in great detail. Easy to manage leads.

Wish they would allow sending 2 emails per contact during sequence.

HubSpot Service Hub has a great impact on our customer service operations. Its intuitive interface and ticketing system allows us to manage and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. The seamless integration with other HubSpot tools eased internal communication and collaboration. Highly recommended!

The inability to individually define meeting options and hide specific days for certain meeting links is a significant drawback. This limitation complicates scheduling and reduces the flexibility needed for effective customer meetings.

It's easy to use and you can see all reports and stats in an wasy way

Service Hub is the perfect tool to ensure the best customer experience, even once to sold your product. The way it manages the post sales proccess with all its features, and even the automation possibilities can give you the possibility to scale your business.

Probably the poor protoganism which had until now.

Everything you need in a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
From the customer management, plug-in functionality and user friendly interface this has everything we need. In the times we have reached out for Customer Support we have always got the questions we needed answered in a timely fashion. This platform by which all CRM's should be measured as they are truly the Gold Standard. Integration is seamless at every level. As a tool we use company wide on a daily basis they truly offer everything we could ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across from using HubSpot Service Hub.

Organization and follow up as well dissemination of important information.
