Service hub is one of the easiest ways to provide customer service and NPS scores
What do you like best about the product?
The software is seamless and intuitive to use. You don't have to be a coder to create surveys create follow-ups for tickets process tickets, filter, tickets, sort tickets. It's really really easy far easier than any other service software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of agents, Hubspot service up can become cost prohibitive. The new pricing is better, but it can still be expensive as you look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot service that keeps everything in one unified helpdesk that allows us to be more efficient and save time when pulling together our tickets and conversations

The Help Desk is a game changer - allowing teams to respond to incoming issues quickly. It's easy to set up as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're already using the Inbox, you have to migrate that into the new experience and that can be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to connect to customers and prospects - so they have the information they need and a clear solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot continues to unveil new features with more intelligence, capabilities and purpose than before. I love the innovative attitude of Hubspot and how this translates into service hub through more advanced client survey capabilities and feedback tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tickets, lead scoring forms and workflows could all have better connectivity. Workflows being "outside" of Hubspot (in the developer sense of things) means that sometimes the automations can compete with each other and cause errors. Hubspot needs to work on ensuring all of it's features are fully integrated with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to easily manage our expansive knowledge base and provide a true resource center.

The HubSpot service hub is so user friendly and easy to navigate. The features they've implemented are useful and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot Service Hub does not have easily accessible options without going into a ticket.

HubSpot allows us to quickly and efficiently assist our customers in resolving their issues.
