What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate the ease of collaboration with my team when a customer is experiencing issues

When a form is filled out to submit a ticket it makes it complicated to respond

It is our support desk ticketing platform currently
The service hub has been a huge help to my business and really enhanced my experience

I enjoy the ease and simplicity of the service hub. Hubspot has helped my small business feel like an enterprise.

I wish it had more features but that's all.

It completely transformed our Customer Sevice team. The automation of processes and workflows showed the team what efficiency actually is.

Haven't found anything yet, Hubspot is a user friendly portal for all.
