Not Use Friendly if you have individualized tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can edit my views and the ability to drag and drop. It is convenient to work with when finishing tasks, and the pipelines are well established to organize ticket information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more complicated to create an individual group. For example, while I work in Tier 1, I have personalized tickets that we cannot simply put into a different pipeline as we need others to view them but they tend to get lost in the cluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve service tickets for software ranging from onboarding, software errors, and requests for service with an open report while using our software.

What do you like best about the product?
Did You try to use HubSpot Service Hub? You can send targeted and tailor-made messages according to the info You have on a contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately It's quite difficult to organize inbox, since there's no suggestion about best practices on issuing a ticket!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I estabilished a contact with my customers and sales qualified leads!

Nothing more
Clunky and confusing but getting there.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all in one place. All team members from customer-facing departments can operate from the one system, and all customer channels can be linked to appropriate inboxes which can be shared between teams (or other inboxes).
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was PAINFUL. The Hubspot CS's didn't really understand best use cases of Conversations with Tickets and found it hard to communicate best practice (or even the options available). It's a new concept but it has a long wau to go in terms of support and implementation assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All customer facing team members working from the one place and one consolidated view of the customer. Benefits of this is better enabling our staff to provide incredible service because all the information about the customer is right in front of them.
Great platform effective and easy to use.

There are many things that are logical and the software makes suggestions to help you get setup!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there live chat isn't available. But overall it's great.

We're enabling out customers to reach out to us when they most need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of transition from another program into using Hubspot was made seamless by the information available when I needed help in making the next step in whatever I was doing at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I have not found anything that I have been unhappy, frustrated or diappointed in this far, nor do I expect to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot has streamlined the many elements required for my job.and being a creature of habit nthis has made things so much easier!

Hubspot is a great marketing tool that we use on a daily basis. Reporting and eDM tools are awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The eDM function as well as reporting and lead forms which work great on landing pages and for digital advertising. I really love the list creation with detailed filters as well for precise targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better on a social media scheduling side of things and also the digital advertising conversion setup. I find it could be a bit more detailed and misses certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to analyze leads coming in and sales, to evaluate ROI through certain channels. Also customer satisfaction through service tickets and all saved information.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity to set up. Baked in automation that makes sense for most businesses you can turn on and tweak with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility and capability compared to something like Salesforce Service Cloud/Hub

Keeping track of incoming inquiries and support issues.

Reliability is on top of my list. I just can find anything that I am looking for. I really like the statistics, they are clear and organized. Also Hubspot works very smoothly

I love building landing pages from the large library of templates, customizing them is easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more transparency when it comes to feature requests.

I am able to brand my landing pages and have account managers do the same without any design background.
