What do you like best about the product?
The smart groups feature automates tasks and has greatly reduced the number of support tickets for us. Previously, we would spend hours manually updating policies across various systems, but now this process is much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few weeks to learn all the features because the dashboard was overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helped us automate repetitive tasks, which allowed our small team to dedicate more time to strategic initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
The shadow IT detection feature quickly identifies employees who use unauthorized applications, providing us with a real-time view of potential risks. Having a unified view across different device types is truly invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isn't particularly impressive, and I think navigation could be made smoother, especially for those who aren't very technically inclined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us reduce repetitive support requests and enhances our overall endpoint security posture.

Effortless Onboarding and Offboarding with Seamless Device Management

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to device auto-enrollment with policies, onboarding new hires is much smoother, as their devices are set up instantly. Offboarding is also more efficient, since access can be revoked cleanly when someone leaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced HR system integrations are still not available at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it easier for us to secure endpoints located outside our network, and we didn't have to deal with a complicated setup process.

What do you like best about the product?
I often handle many employee phones that are constantly changing hands. With Swif.ai, managing this process has become much easier. The shadow IT view has been particularly useful, allowing me to identify potentially risky apps. Whenever someone joins or leaves, I can quickly lock, wipe, or update device policies within minutes. I also rely on it to check devices before granting access to internal apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard offers a wide range of options, so it's best to spend the first few days getting familiar with everything it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Swif.ai, managing mobile security felt disorganized and required a lot of manual effort. With Swif.ai, I can now easily view device status, identify policy issues, and monitor risks all in one place. It has helped reduce security gaps without increasing my workload.

What do you like best about the product?
At our company, compliance and security regulations are extremely important. We rely on swif.ai to manage our employees' mobile devices and ensure they remain compliant with our security standards. Device enrollment in Swif.ai is fast, and configuring policies for passwords and app access is both easy and intuitive. Additionally, it alerts us to IT applications that fall outside of our approved systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain advanced compliance settings could benefit from more detailed explanations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution keeps our mobile devices secure without causing any slowdown for the team. We no longer have to perform manual checks, which is a big relief. All device statuses, risks, and compliance information are visible in a single dashboard, making it much easier to manage everything. Overall, it saves us a significant amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Swif.ai has helped us ensure that all our mobile devices are compliant. The automated policy setup has saved us a significant amount of time, as security rules are applied immediately when devices are enrolled. Additionally, it generates instant reports for any devices that do not pass the checks. Up to now, it has proven to be reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more options for customizing how often alerts are sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we used to manually keep track of encryption status and OS versions using spreadsheets. Now, Swif.ai takes care of all of this automatically, which has proven to be extremely helpful, especially during audits.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used several MDM tools, but setting up policies and monitoring device status in Swif.ai has been the most efficient experience so far. It took us only an hour to configure everything. The built-in Shadow IT Detection feature helped us identify unauthorized apps. Enrolling new devices and deploying updates is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything functions well overall. However, it would be even better if there were a few additional filters available on the reporting page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Swif.ai, we are able to maintain compliance with SOC2 and ISO standards without the need for lengthy setup processes. The real-time compliance checks and automatic policy enforcement address most of our challenges. Now, we can manage both corporate and BYOD devices more efficiently and in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Swif.ai unified our Mac, Linux, and Windows devices under one platform, replacing multiple MDM tools. We love how easily it integrates with our compliance workflowsgiving us a real-time view of who has access to what and syncing that data into our audit systems. Plus, automated onboarding and offboarding have lightened our IT workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. Its been smooth sailing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the centralized dashboard, we can see each device's compliance status in real time. If a device is compromised, Swif.ai can automatically quarantine it. Overall, it's boosted our efficiency and given us peace of mind.
