Swif.ai Makes Onboarding and Device Deployment Effortless at Scale

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Our workforce changes significantly throughout the year, and Swif.ai has made onboarding and offboarding devices much simpler. With silent deployment, we can prepare devices quickly without needing extensive involvement from our support team. I also appreciate the identity provider integrations, since they help keep user access and device policies aligned. Overall, the platform scales smoothly during busy hiring periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboards could offer more historical trend data. The current status visibility is excellent, but having additional long-term analytics and trend reporting would add even more value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing device security for temporary employees used to create operational challenges each season. Swif.ai has automated much of the enrollment and compliance process, which has reduced administrative overhead. It has also increased my confidence that company policies stay enforced, even during periods of rapid workforce growth.

Decent tool for locking down remote laptop deployments

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The automated device enrollment side of things works incredibly smoothly for our remote staff. Getting laptops completely locked down with our required security baselines right out of the box takes almost no manual effort from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering on the device compliance reporting dashboard feels slightly clumsy when you are trying to drill down into specific regional sub-groups quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much tighter grip on endpoint tracking across the company.

Solid multi-OS endpoint control without the typical enterprise bloat

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Managing a mixed fleet of engineering laptops used to require fighting with separate, heavy MDM tools. Swif.ai consolidated our endpoint management software needs perfectly. Pushing out mandatory security patches silently across both macOS and Linux machines works flawlessly. The integrated remote support software features also let us troubleshoot developer access permissions instantly without disrupting their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom software deployment logs can occasionally feel a bit delayed when tracking massive asset rollouts. It eventually updates correctly, but during active compliance sprints, I’d prefer true real-time execution tracking down to the second. The UI navigation can also feel slightly sluggish when filtering through dozens of active security policies at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a seamless way to enforce baseline security controls to maintain compliance without slowing down our engineering sprint cycles. Swif.ai solves this by handling our device enrollment, tracking unauthorized background applications, and maintaining patch hygiene automatically. It gives our team full visibility into fleet health while saving us hours of manual provisioning.

Practical tool for catching Shadow IT risks

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
It handles tracking unauthorized applications across our remote staff quite well. It was surprisingly easy to set up and quickly flagged a few unvetted file-sharing programs our teams were using without filling out security requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert system is a bit sensitive out of the box. We had to spend some time tweaking the notification rules so our inbox didn't get flooded every time someone added a basic browser extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much cleaner grasp on our data security footprint now.

Solid compliance tool, despite a slight learning curve

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
The automated compliance tracking was a huge win. It pulled together all the necessary device status evidence for our upcoming audit in a fraction of the time it used to take my team manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI took a bit of getting used to. Navigating to specific device reports felt a little unintuitive during the first few days of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve significantly reduced our prep time and now have a much clearer handle on our overall compliance status.

Useful tool, but watch out for initial alert noise

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It caught so many random browser extensions and unapproved cloud storage apps immediately. The "shadow IT" discovery dashboard is actually useful, not just noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring the initial alerts took some trial and error. We got flooded with too many false positives the first week before fine-tuning the severity settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have much better visibility into what software is actually running on employee laptops, making our internal security audits far less painful.

Solid security insights, even with a tricky setup

What do you like best about the product?
The shadow IT monitoring is solid. It immediately picked up on a bunch of unapproved extensions and random SaaS tools our employees were using, which was a huge blind spot for us before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial agent deployment on our older Windows machines was a bit clunky and took some troubleshooting from the team. It wasn’t as "one-click" as we had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us much better visibility into our security posture almost overnight and definitely made our initial SOC2 prep way less chaotic.

Good for security, but the setup requires patience

What do you like best about the product?
The automated tracking for shadow IT is great; it finally gave us clear visibility into which browser extensions and unauthorized apps our developers were actually running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial integration with our existing MDM took longer than expected. It wasn't exactly plug-and-play, and our IT lead had to spend a few afternoons troubleshooting the sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve significantly reduced our security blind spots and feel much more prepared for our upcoming ISO audit.

    Audit prep made much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The SOC2 evidence collection was surprisingly painless. It pulled all the device status reports we needed without me having to manually screenshot everything or bug the team for updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial dashboard setup felt a bit cluttered. It took a few days to figure out where the specific policy alerts were hiding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We actually passed our audit prep phase ahead of schedule, saving our ops team several days of manual work.

Fast Setup and Centralized Visibility for Device Compliance Across Clinics

    Reviewed on Jun 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me most was how quickly we were able to gain visibility into all company-issued devices across our different clinic locations. The centralized dashboard made it straightforward to monitor compliance without having to jump between multiple systems. I also appreciated the automated policy enforcement, which helped ensure devices stayed secure even when staff were working from different sites. Setup was much faster than we expected, which made the rollout feel smooth and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform offers a lot of useful features, and it can take some time to fully understand everything that’s available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed stronger control over which devices could access sensitive, patient-related systems. Swif.ai helped us standardize our security policies and quickly spot devices that had fallen out of compliance. With better visibility, we reduced manual auditing work and were able to maintain stronger security practices across all of our locations.
