We have big infra and its difficult to check individually. OP manager provides the visibility across the network with detailed report.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how through Opmanager is in covering a wide variety of device and systems, along with its flexible integrations. The proactive alerts really stand out, since they give a chance to fix problems before they impact people. I also value the clear performance insights that help everyone on the team make decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a drawback, I'd ay the interface can sometimes feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, especially if you're working across many devices. On top of that, getting everything configured can be time-consuming, and the help documentation could definitely be clearer for people who are new to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager is helping me stay on top of network outages and performance bottlenecks by giving me a real-time of devices, servers, and application all in one place. That saves me from juggling multiple monitoring tools and makes it easier to catch issues early, before they affect others. The way it brings all that data together really cuts down on stress and gives me peace of mind knowing our systems are being watched 24/7

What do you like best about the product?
This tool gives me great insight into my network from ip subnets to network monitoring

Seems like I am missing out on a lot this tool does I have not even thought about. I did see where they have started offering classes on this product and that is going to be great

oputils is part of it which is great for finding rogue devices. I can there is an issue with a router or switch sometimes before the end user even knows there is a problem

Implementation is left with partner and that is where it fails. Customer is looser

According to recent updates, there are new and improved features in OpManager that are highly regarded as we are using OpManager from last 5 years.
Adaptive Thresholds : automatically establish baseline performance metrics for critical parameters like CPU, memory, and disk usage etc.
Enhanced Security Features: OpManager added Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) for user logins and supports SHA-2 authentication for SNMPv3.
Workflow Automation feature has been updated to enable the triggering of actions based on events or alarms.

OpManager needs improvements, such as a setting to auto delete reports after sending them to email. consuming a lot of space right now.

ManageEngine OpManager solving real time infra. monitoring problem and present utilization, device availability etc. report in the good way.
