What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine OpManager stands out for its intuitive UI and quick deployment, making network monitoring easy even for complex environments. It offers strong real-time monitoring with detailed alerts and performance insights. The built-in dashboards and reporting are very useful for troubleshooting and capacity planning. Overall, it provides a good balance between features and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas in OpManager can feel a bit clunky, especially advanced configurations and customization. The alerting system, while powerful, can become noisy without careful tuning. Scalability and performance may require additional setup in large environments. Also, licensing and add-on costs can get expensive as you expand features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager helps by providing centralized monitoring of all network devices, reducing the need to check multiple tools. It quickly detects outages, performance issues, and bandwidth bottlenecks, which minimizes downtime and speeds up troubleshooting. This improves overall network reliability and saves time for the IT team by automating alerts and reporting.

Smart Monitoring That Keeps Your Network Running Smoothly

    Reviewed on Mar 23, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine OpManager is its user-friendly interface combined with powerful, real-time network monitoring capabilities. It provides excellent visibility into network devices, servers, and applications through intuitive dashboards, making it easy to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly. Features like automated alerts, customizable reports, and seamless integration with other tools help improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Overall, it simplifies complex network management tasks while ensuring reliable performance monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ManageEngine OpManager is that some advanced features and integrations can be complex to configure and may require additional time to fully understand. The UI, while user-friendly overall, can occasionally feel cluttered when managing large environments. Additionally, certain features are locked behind higher-tier licenses, which can increase costs. At times, alerting can generate noise if not finely tuned, making it necessary to spend extra effort on customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager helps solve the challenge of monitoring and managing complex IT infrastructure from a single platform. It provides real-time visibility into network devices, servers, and applications, allowing quick identification of issues like downtime, performance degradation, or bandwidth bottlenecks. This benefits me by reducing troubleshooting time, improving network uptime, and enabling proactive issue resolution through alerts and notifications. It also helps in better resource planning and reporting, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing business impact due to unexpected outages.

Reliable and Efficient Network Monitoring with Strong Visibility

    Reviewed on Mar 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine OpManager is its strong protocol-based monitoring using SNMP, WMI, and CLI, which provides real-time visibility into network and server performance. Its automated discovery, centralized dashboard, and threshold-based alerting help in quick fault detection and efficient troubleshooting, making it a reliable tool for maintaining network availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation of ManageEngine OpManager is that its advanced features—such as deep analytics, network configuration management, and flow monitoring—often require additional modules or licensing, which can increase overall cost and complexity. The UI can sometimes feel less intuitive when handling large-scale environments, and customization of dashboards and reports may not be as flexible as expected, making it slightly challenging to tailor for specific enterprise needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager solves key challenges like lack of real-time visibility, delayed fault detection, and complex troubleshooting in network environments. It provides centralized monitoring of devices using SNMP, WMI, and other protocols, along with proactive alerts for performance issues such as high CPU, bandwidth congestion, or device downtime. This benefits me by reducing mean time to detect and resolve issues (MTTD/MTTR), improving network uptime, and enabling faster root cause analysis, which ultimately ensures stable and secure network operations.

Simple, Eco-Friendly Monitoring Across All Networking Devices

    Reviewed on Mar 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and very eco-friendly, with lots of options for monitoring and keeping track of all your networking devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to purchase a lot of license specially for wan interface monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to log in to every networking device just to monitor it. Once a device is discovered, it automatically gives me all the alerts I need to keep my devices in an UP status and maintain 100% uptime.
