A Solid Network Monitor with Some Rough Edges
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine OpManager is great because it's easy to set up, gives clear real-time network visibility, has strong alerting, support many device types out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
ManageEngine OpManager can be hard to configure for complex environments, generate too many alerts if not fine-tuned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager helps you quickly detect network or server issue, centralize visibility, automate monitoring task and speed up troubleshooting. Benefit: Less downtime. better performance insights and reduced manual work.
Feature-Rich Network Monitoring with Flexible Expansion
What do you like best about the product?
This is a comprehensive network operations monitoring system that comes packed with features. It also offers a variety of additional modules that you can choose to add later, providing even more extras as your needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain parts of the software are less intuitive than others, which can make navigation a bit challenging at times. Additionally, features like the Netflow monitor do not seem as robust as those offered by some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is proactive when it comes to capacity planning, which I find very useful. It also offers real-time analytics, uptime monitoring, web traffic reporting, and IP address monitoring. These features help me stay informed and manage my resources more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It is useful tool for motoring the devices in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite good. I did not observe much. Recently start using. will update soon.

Gaining visibility across devices & infrastructure
Essential Tool for Monitoring and Troubleshooting WAN Traffic
What do you like best about the product?
Source to Destination traffic between two offices can be filtered and see what is happening between them that is consuming our WAN bandwidth. When there is a problem between two locations, this is our go to tool to find out which source is choking the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't thought of anything like that, since it's meeting our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and fixing the problem between two locations when BW is choking.
User-Friendly UI and SNMP v3 Support, Onboarding Takes Some Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the easy to use UI, as well as the ability to import any network devices that support SNMP v3. It was easy to integrate many types of devices, from wireless APs, to switches, to servers. The ability for the system to recognize the role of each server was a welcome surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was a bit cumbersome, but that's to be expected when starting a management platform from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to get visibility into netflow information for some of our problem sites and the insight has been invaluable.
Efficient IT Monitoring with OpManager, but Occasional Errors Can Be Frustrating

ManageEngine OpManager provides the flexibility to bring all IT infrastructure together under a single monitoring tool. This makes it easier to oversee and manage various components from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, OpManager displays errors that seem unusual and are quite difficult to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine OpManager helps us detect network issues before they escalate, allowing us to address them early. It also provides high utilization alerts, so we can adjust capacity as needed.

A single window view was not available and I don’t need to juggle and get complete insights about the infrastructure
Best infra monitoring tool for onprem and cloud

It helps to understand what going in you Network and infra it triggers aler immediately on any of the suspicious events happened.

Netflow feature can be improved and team time netflow also not upto the mark
