It is easy to use, functionalities are pretty intuitive.
The infinite space of the board is really good - unlike the other similar tools, it is really nice to be able to use as much space as I need to my projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of 3 projects on the free version - I can understand why, but the premium is too much for what I need. So I just delete an old project when I need to create a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps me visualize mindmaps, land projects, explain and share insights and thoughts with my team. And is an amazing tool for collaborative brainstorming.

So user friendly for naive users that no need to any training

I like almost everything, but its good to have default processes explained with the examples

Lucidspark gives me the opportunity to update technical documentation with my staff remotely.

The amount of pre-built templates available. No need to reinvent the wheel.

The subscription cost model could be revised to include additional incentives for existing Lucid users.

Test and see how fast it is adopted, price is very good

Together as a team, we can brainstorm ideas while creating mindmaps and using graphics to make it organized. The virtual whiteboard is super fun to use and the tools are very effective in communicating with other team members.

Provide more design elements to the board so it can be more sophisticated.

Currently the entire team is collaborating in suggesting features for the upcoming site using sticky notes

I wish we were able to do more with features as we are currently using the free version. The trial period is only 1 week for comments I think.

We are able to work remotely and collaborate on various arguments, which was our biggest problem.

I can add links, comments and it makes the flow easy to follow.

When I open the "Comments" icon, because i see i have some actions, then when selecting a comment there, I actually do not see where on the chart i find the comment, which box it belongs to.especially if the chart has several Tabs

I am using it to work on process flows affecting several roles with several different scenarios, including time frames and exceptions.
