A solid collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get complex thoughts down on paper and work virtually!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind just yet, overall's a great tool

Creating complex models/hierarchies that would otherwise require paper and pen or be virtually impossible

Essential for COViD times
What do you like best about the product?
There are two meetings in my department for which a chalkboard/whiteboard is essential. I have replaced both with the Lucidspark board as we all meet virtually. I like that the boards can be shared with specific people, and it's easy to share my screen on Zoom so that everyone's looking at the same board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little while to figure out that I could type directly on notes, so one of my boards has text superimposed on notes. They'll get cleaned up as time goes on and notes are edited or replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one meeting, it worked so much better than the physical board that we will probably never go back! The ability to put information on "notes" and move them around during the meeting, plus the ability to populate the confidential board ahead of the meeting, were much better than our old way.

Creating process flows for work. I find that its easy for clients to read and understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love that its easy to use, the colors pop and stand out. I also love that use of stick notes for adding comments. I recommend starting with a template to get you going them create what you need from there.
Easy collaborations function. I wish it was more similar to the current product im using.

Virtual White Boarding with great UX- a boon for remote team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like most of the team collaboration tools like Voting, Realtime - reactions with Emojis and Tagging for clear categorization. The sorting and gathering of the sticky notes is a great tool to get rid of boring administrative tasks. Many ready templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more shapes options. Up and Down arrows are missing. concept of Container is a little vague to understand for beginners.

Thus far I have nothing but positive feedback with Lucidpark. Specifically, the number one benefit I have realized is the teamwork and collaboration feature. After a strategy is determined we are able to work together simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is fairly easy to use. I also like that you can easily share documents across your organization. The sticky note option is also a nice alternative to capture ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were more features in the free version - or if the trial was longer than 7 days for premium features.

We are solving for every one having visibility to the same information and allowing input to the same document while everyone is working remotely.
