A Decent And Fantastic Brainstorming Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great whiteboard essentially where everyone can contribute and comment on suggestions, ideas or comments. It has been a fabulous and fantastic way to chart our ideas and log in tasks for future review by team members to implement. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very intuitive, flexible and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has made collaboration easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to plot and define our company operating model using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and gathering ideas and information in a large workshop environment setting. Additionally, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also great for process mapping and for project visualization.

Plays nicely with other tools like jira, google workplace, slack

Offline access is limited. It’s not a major issue for me, but it’s still something to keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting you evolve concepts from rough boards into polished diagrams, flows, prototypes, or plans.
Best tool for organized data flow diagrams—intuitive templates make diagram setup straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform to combine creative and analytical thinking into organized and well structured flow charts that make it easier to present high level blueprints of how product data is stored and accessed. I loved the various templates provided, they made it easy for me to set up diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides so much but when switching to an already open chart that I haven’t visited for a few days it results in a delay of displaying the chart. Again, just a slight annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create UML, ERDs and DFDs diagrams and that accurately map the journey of data through various processes and helps visualize the logical structure of our databases.
Very Convenient with Great Shapes Collection and Connector Library to Create Visualization Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a great collection of shapes, connectors and other diagramming tools making it possible to create visualization diagrams for any process despite their complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been no issues with this tool and I have no complained about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create various diagrams especially storyboards and mapping out the branching logic for interactive e-learning modules and it also helps show learners how different courses link together to form a complete certification path.

It delivers all the features I need, from intuitive diagramming to real-time collaboration and robust elements, without compromising performance. These features have proved very worthy in creating outstanding diagrams that are impressive visually and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, there is nothing for me to dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It has worked really perfectly for me and has never given any challenges.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite powerful diagramming features have given me the most successful experience building Risk Heap Maps and decision trees that help clients visualize potential financial threats.
Snappy Flowcharting with Powerful Editing Tools, Templates, and AI Visual Editing
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid’s collection of editing tools makes creating of flowcharts so simple. It offers next-generation AI features that gives diagrams a unique visual design. It’s snappy and it has a lot of diagram templates that are worth checking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not felt like Lucid has anything to dislike whatsoever. All the features have been pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is giving me an easy time creating visualization diagrams which makes it easy to understand the data at hand when mapping how a customer navigates a landing page.

I really like the drag-and-drag feature that makes it easy to move icons, lines and shapes into the whiteboard and all the built-in templates which make it easy to create clean, professional-looking diagrams.

I wish I had the option to turn off suggestions by the AI or removing it from the toolbar when I don’t need to use it.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts, process maps, and org charts and it has made diagramming the processes and flows very efficient.
Powerful tool for tracking each project and sharing boards for collaboration

I like that it enhances real time collaboration which boost performance across all departments in my organization. Easy to use and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Sometimes it takes a while fir the boards to load.

It helps me to collaborate efficiently with other team members and makes it easy to share ideas and brainstorm with others.

I've found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very useful for putting together system diagrams, flow diagrams and ER database diagrams and sharing them with the team. The fact that you can have multiple users contributing to a document is a very useful feature.

Nothing at the moment. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite meets my expectations and I highly recommend it.

I like the large library of templates so that it is easy to format different visuals for an audience and hit the ground running when doing a variety of things. If you need to create UML diagrams or process flows, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
How it has been easy for me to map market, analyze our competitors, plan developments & growth and manage sales pipelines through creation of visual maps with Lucidchart is what I give double thumbs up 🤙🏿🤙🏿 as a BDM in an Outsourcing & Offshoring agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been super lit 🔥 on my end while using my Linux OS on my PC - Imma not a fun of my iOS Apps though!.
