Fantastic digital collab tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark takes the effort out of digital collaboration tasks, easy to use, intuitive and offers a range of pre-fabricated templates at your disposal. I am enjoying the experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst invited collaborators can participate on a board without a license, they need to be anonymous which is different to other in-market products from my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to easily connect and collab with a remote workforce on many different problems, such as team management, IT solutions and brainstorming for roadmap suggestions. Additionally, having quick access to templates has increased productivity as I don't need to spend time creating them prior to collab sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you understand the limitations of collaborating with non-licensed users, certain functions such as voting are non-effective in these scenarios which can be a challenge when working with external teams, partners or vendors.
Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful flowchart feature - use this regularly, as do others on my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not tried out the paid features so cannot speak to those
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcharts for a number of different uses - operations, clinical guidelines, etc
Good for smaller groups, can be challenging at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to learn your way around. The feature set is better than other whiteboarding products. In particular, reactions and voting sessions stood out from other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found it challenging to operate at scale. When more than 10 people were on a board it became hard to follow and we experienced quite a bit of latency. Very processor intensive which can cause issues if running things like Zoom and Google Docs simultaneously. Default formatting (text wrapping) of post-its could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategic planning and brainstorming. While challenging to do this with a large group found it useful for ideation and discussion in small groups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the size of the team who'll be using it. Small teams: great. Whole staff brainstorming sessions we found it challenging.
A platform for whiteboard lovers
What do you like best about the product?
That I can make notes to refer to later that don't need to be on my analog whiteboard
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great product. There is nothing that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notes that need to be saved for future use.

Lucidspark has been extremely helpful for my business use, we use it all the time now.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to learn and teach. It has been an easy project to learn and understand how to use, which was nice to pick up quickly. The ability to share it with our team has made it easy to collaborate and share what we need. I also have found it extremely helpful to share and export the document as a pdf which makes sharing an uneditable document even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more compatible on my iPad. This would allow me to draw and take more notes freehand which would be extremely helpful. When using it, the only other challenge that I find is when some of the arrows or shapes snap and lock in places that I dont want the to be at. However, even this I have been able to learn from and work better with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and simple feedback. We have been able to make flowcharts for internal use and with clients to show examples of what we need to accmoplish. Sharing these documents has been extremely easy to collaborate and make decisions with. I have been able to share more and express our needs so much easier with Lucidspark. In our company, we have been using it a lot for collaboration and I have really learn to appreciate Lucidspark. It was easy to integrate into daily tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start using it, and you will learn quickly.
Makes conceptual mock-ups easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share with others and collaborate on projects is great. The unlimited whiteboard area alows you to design without being bound by edges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to paste by clicking with the mouse is anoying but not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out how a UI experience for a large sales based touch panel.
Best Experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can connect similar ideas and information to see connections and relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options for templates seem a little limited right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More on team collabor
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support that they've given me/us is an A+. The support team keeps us posted on every process from inquiry to deployment.
Good product
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, straightforward forward and has some nice options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Google Jamboard a more accessible platform to use. I can use a background image to draw on, which helps explain complex information to patients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only have the free version, so I know I'm missing out on the best stuff, but it is a nice platform that takes the place of the whiteboard I used to draw on before.
Excellent tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and share so everyone can contribute. All the tools I need are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the files are shown on the user's homepage. I would love to be able to create cards with nested infos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote brainstorming and co-creation. We use it for everything we used to do with a whiteboard and some post-it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's complete and easy to use - recommended
Collaborative Platform and Vision Board
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is easy to manipulate. I can update the board in real-time from home, the office, or on the go. There are templates, or you can make it up as you go.
The templates are useful for getting comfortable with the platform. The stickies make for a powerful tool when brainstorming. This has personally improved my workflow and I have recommended it to my colleagues. Using it as just a whiteboard is a powerful tool by itself when you need to brainstorm and think a process or project through.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues at this point. I have used it in a limited sense for collaboration but have used it more as a "vision" board and to keep the ideas I have categorized and not forgotten. I hope to dive further into creating my own personal templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has allowed me to organize my thoughts as I jump from project to project frequently. Instead of sticky notes all over my agenda, I can keep them all virtually.
I can better visualize the plans I have and reorder the steps necessary to achieve the goals that I have set for myself.
I think Lucidspark would be a great tool for any team working remotely to collaborate in real time to do a risk assessment or FMEA. The manuverability of the stickies and other tools makes this very user friendly for even the beginner.
