An amazing piece of software for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface on Lucidspark, I am a designer myself and the clean minimalist UX and UI is what makes this so special. It is well thought out and smooth and efficient.

There isn't really anything I don't like about Lucidspark, it's awesome!

Simplicity in Complexity
What do you like best about the product?
The pattern suggestions. It helps me save time and I'm always able to cover a lot of my product workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
There's limited access for a free trial and I think It's important to make some of them accessible as the free trial experience is the most important. I could decide on what to do next from there. If the major features aren't accessible, then my experience will be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Enhancement and workflow. It helps us collaborate across boards and still communicate optimally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me as a Product Analyst and as an enthusiast for simplicity, Lucidspark has helped in making my work seamless- majorly the collaboration and real-time engagement that it deepens/improves due to the "share" option. it's simply been a great experience. I highly recommend it for major product enthusiasts and analysts.

Lucid Charts is a great tool to help teams find a clear roadmap in optimizing any process!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity the interface offers its users. The tools are easy to drag onto the grid and when I needed a connector, it was easy to find an manipulate the chart for our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will need more time spent with the interface to pick out areas of improvement. There will be more projects down the road that will require Lucidspark. Once those projects kick-off then I will be able to gather more details
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and determining best practices for our current processes as we push towards optimizing our operations.

Creating a tv show board for a story.
Great tool for work!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates that are available are great. The templates are a real time saver if you don't need to use a more free flowing board or chart. I really like that it is easy to collaborate with other and share ideas quickly. The feature that allows for strategy mapping has been very helpful to my team and I. We are currently trying to improve an already existing program and potentially design our own software, so this has been a really great tool. Additionally, all of the hints and tips have proven useful when first starting on Lucidspark and Lucidchart. I tend to watch the helpful "how to" videos when I need exxtra help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any complaints about Lucidspark or Lucidchart. All of the versatile features have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making flowcharts helps me to visualize projects and show others my ideas. It makes it very simple for team emebers to create their own proposals and then be able to share it with everyone and decide which makes the most sense. We use this a lot for proritizing new projects and optimzing our efficiency as a team. Also, we like to use the collaborative whiteboard in meetings to visualize what we are discussing and easily take notes, so we don't forget what was talked about. The collaborative whiteboards are user-friendly and have polling features which makes it very simple for teams to decide on their next project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think adding more of the "how to" videos would be helpful. Instead of waiting for a customer to ask questions about specific features, maybe have videos that show the more advanced features and common uses for them.
Great software, makes work easy!

Intuitive to use and well laid out platform

Tutorials are short and quick, need more in depth tutorials

Creating a flow-chart and seeing where cracks appear in the process
Easy to create and collaborate with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate diagrams with my collegues
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started, I could not see the lucidcharts right away even though I was logged in with the same domain as my coworkers. They had to give me read permission explicitly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using it to domain model our new feature. It has multiple levels of abstractions, and it helps to visualize it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd love it if there were a text version, e.g., PlantUML. It would be mainly for engineering to have versioning.
Very fluid and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to use it for a large working session right away without any real pre-work.
It was extremely fluid even with multiple editors.
The infinit canvas is great. Allowing other editors to create their own diagrams in parallel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any dislikes.
I would suggest feature functionality be kept extremely focused and stay with the more streamlined approach to facilitate quick whiteboard and leave the more feature rich functions to lucid chart, which I'm also a fan of.
