Amazing visualization, especially for explaining technical architecture and collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating is made super easy. Colours and sticky notes makes visualisation easy and fun at the same time. UI (e.g. selecting arrows, text, sticky note) is pretty easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It took us a while to figure out how to change the ordering of elements (bring front/back) so perhaps that could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly thinking of technical architectures and flows as a team. Ability for everyone to just use it as a scrapbook (commenting, colouring, doodling wherever) is a huge benefit when working remotely.
Great for brainstorming in group meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like using lucidspark for brainstorming as an idea board. I like that there are template for almost anything you could need to improve your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to create a new lucidspark board in the lucidchart app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all of my idea in a single space. Before they would be spread across notebooks and excel spreadsheets.
My experience with the tool
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and easy to use. Colors and all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing since i find the product easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business related issues around processes for AS IS and TO BE states
Great for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility. I also love the way you can input words through CSV! Huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that's tricky is limitations with non-licensed users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Lucidspark to uncover insights through qualitative research. The benefits have been in its flexibility and scalability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the input tool, it saves so much time!
Lucid Spark is useful but not always intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the tool bars and menus. Everything is distributed well and visually explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't make a circle with an arrow on the end to show something interating. "The process happens 8x" with a circle and arrow. Please do that. The ugly custom arrow moving isn't symmetrical and awful. Please do that for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am brainstorming on the fly. I am creating pseudo - code in containers. I create workflows conceptually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stick with lucid chart for something presentable.
Good for Design Moodboards
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very large space to work, so I can place many, many images, some at very high resolution. It also uses controls similar to those of Adobe products, so navigation is easy. It's a good user interface too. Clean, simple, I like the dot grid in the background. Browsing the templates was easy, and I found them to helpful, even if I hardly used them. Good Stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is picky, but the alighment tools are finniky or not sufficient. This many not matter to some people though. As a design I guess this matters?
Hyperlinks are annoying and finniky sometimes, but maybe that's just me. For those unfamilar with keyboard shortcuts, maybe a short guide would be appropriate? Depents on the user. Most of us are not technologically inept.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for design moodboards. As mentioned above, it's large enough that I never feel scramped. When you're making moodboards, you need to share it with others to get your ideas across. I share the board with my design peers, so that we're always on the same page during our project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use opt + drag to duplicate objects, like text, images, stickies, etc. All your commands you're familiar with in word processors, presentation tools, or Adobe products will work here. Which is amazing for me. If you're unfamilar with the keyboard commands, look them up. I took a look at the templates, and while I didn't use any, they appear to be of high quality and useful.
Easy flowcharts with Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to customize the styles, and that the connectors arrows worked well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to collaborate with clients so they could leave comments, but it required them to create accounts. The need for the client to create an account, even though it's free, created an unnecessary obstacle. I ended up exporting PNGs to Invision and using its commenting feature instead, because it was easier for the client. I feel like the website wasn't transparent about how collaboration and commenting works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a web-based tool that would let me draw and connect flowchart shapes and customize their look and feel. Lucidcharts worked very well for that purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is an intuitive flowcharting tool.
Student use
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has a way to make brainstorming fun and easy. It allows diversity when making mind maps, therefore allowing thoughts to be organized in easy to remember charts, maps, and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No outline use is time consuming and makes it harder to work with template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to study by puzzling information together. This platform allows that and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None that I can think of
Very intuitive to use, great for quick slideshows.
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate how easy it is to create anything from scratch at light speed.
It is also very convenient for small team collaboration.
It is also very convenient for small team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It scales pretty poorly with the number of concurrent users.
The containers' feature could benefit from improvements, as well as the catalog of templates. Containers sometimes feel a bit clunky to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to visualize models, quickly modify them while keeping track of the previous versions and present them to my colleagues.
Lucidspark has allowed me to centralize my work in a very intuitive fashion, share it very quickly, and comment live on my team's work.

Best part is that it is collaborative any many people can work together to brainstorm ideas.it has easy to manipulate layouts that can be updated in real-time from home, the office, or on the go.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly design application overall structures and all the underlying parts and come up with the solution that might hinder project in future.
Also have collaborative team design meeting in the design process to keep product simple and easy to understand.
