It makes it so much easier to collaborate at a distance.
What do you like best about the product?
Loving that I don't have to reference any more pictures of whiteboards or erase my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more of the flow chart tools from LucidChart, history tracking on some elements, and that not all of my team has it yet. I also think a drawing feature needs an upgrade to make pictures and other components more seamlessly integrate into existing features. E.g. if I connect two boxes with a stylus, it should convert into an automated line rather than a drawn one. If I write a word, it would be great if it can be text or at least grouped together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier collaboration that I can return to again and again. I may never go back to a standard whiteboard because moving things around is so much easier. Also project management and visual communication
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With a very short learning curve, plenty of flexibility, and tons of collaborative features you may never want to use a traditional whiteboard again.
It's the Social-distanced-collaboration Super Star!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with my team in a way makes sense. Ideas can be organized, plans mapped out, and assignments made clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I don't have anything I'm unhappy about. I recently downloaded the app for my iPad and am looking for a change to explore it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark as a hub for group discussions, almost like a collective brain where everyone thinks together. Organizing school computer carts and student devices was much easier to visualize and make sense on Lucidspark than a spreaksheet.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the whiteboarding functionality. It has been helping me to design and collaborate during Pandemic while everyone is working from home. Its easy-to-use process flow diagram functionality is also unique!! Its functionality to share is just excellent. I have been using this for the last two years to collaborate within my team. Also, the functionality of cloud storage is lovely. When I use Lucid Spark, I don't have any issues with data loss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it's an excellent tool. I don't see any negative points for the same. Lucid chart and Lucid Spark are pretty decent tools. I use both of them, and they are pretty user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been solving design issues, maintaining system architecture diagrams, preparing business process flow diagrams, and more. I have been using Lucid chart as well as Lucid spark to collaborate within my team. Its sharing functionality is just excellent where multiple collaborators can work simultaneously on a single page.
It's Great
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboarding feature. It has better collaboration compared to other solutions like MIRO etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of expensive :( and it would be great if there was a bundle price with LucidChart

Complex Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The simple fact that I'm able to create any documentation with ease. The amount of integration this platform has is fantastic, and the templates are very insightful! Ever since I've used this platform, it's been easy to figure out what is necessary to make our organization as best as we can for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a sidebar where there are helpful suggestions on docs you are creating; that way for new users who are not familiar with these styles of platforms are making the documents with complete insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are figuring out issues with our product and the problems our customers face. We can figure out the thought-out process and see if we can find solutions before finding ourselves in problematic situations with our customers.
Lucidspark feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you dont have to install any third party software. Nice graphs and flowcharts, easy to use tools, allows for effective collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems i cant make the font of the charts and graphs bigger when downloading it to PDF or JPEG format. Also I wish there is a way where Lucid would provide more features in the free version to get a better feel of the full product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our Kanban, online group collaboration is an effective benefit
Great suite of products!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and share content with colleagues. The UX is very intuitive, and the templates provided also make it easy to get a head start on building artifacts as needed. The export options also make it easy to share material with people that don't have a license.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far, I have been happy with the products!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more data processes/icons that were pre-built so one must customize this for your nneds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping data flows and designing data management processes. We've enabled cross-functional teams to visualize new processes.
Lucidspark - White boarding that makes sense
What do you like best about the product?
Having your whiteboarding solution tied to your flowcharting software is a no-brainer. The ability to have these core business functions in the same application is fantastic. I love the consistency between the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that i didn't like. As a newer product, there were still some element features that they have yet to develop, but it is an easy competitor in the market that is growing fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration. Lucidspark provides an excellent way for teams that are disconnected by space to be connected through tech. Our org is always looking for ways to keep our employees actively engaged in effective collaboration; Lucidspark helps achieve this goal.
It works
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is complex across regions, especially when real-time updates are involved, so Lucidspark attempts to solve that issue. The interface is very intuitive, and it is straightforward to navigate. With tracking and identification for comments, it is effortless to view multiple users' contributions worldwide, regardless of whether these updates are asynchronous or simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark is very similar to other whiteboard applications designed to facilitate collaboration. By using containers and post-it notes, users share information and ideas. In comparison, this may work well for high-level constructs but can be frustrating for a more detailed analysis that you want to add more text. Unlike other whiteboard systems, Lucidspark does not have seamlessly add pictures without clumsily copying and paste that ultimately impact the system's usability. Copying and pasting text from a different source into the whiteboard is also cumbersome as you have to reformat the post-it notes each time or use a text box, and it gets a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating since work from home has become the new normal has been challenging. It is no longer a matter of scheduling some time with stakeholders and taking notes on a whiteboard, so Lucidspark is a tool to help capture that workshopping experience.
