Sometimes looks a little "old school". Teachers need to remember to access it as an option

Easy to use, visually appealing, fun tool
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use functionality, very easy to show ideas in a visual format, extremely intuitive tool. Like how you can add side notes to explain the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stood out. The arrows were a little difficult to use as they automatically wanted to go one way. But I worked it out.

Quickly building marketing campaigns and explaining activities for a marketing campaign in a visual form.
Main benefit is being able to show team mates ideas in a very visually easy to understand format.

Very nice tool, easy to use, suggest trying it out. Great for displaying ideas and collaborating easily.

Taking Collaboration to another level!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple people interact across a single board has been amazing. It's easy to use so even users who are not tech-savvy or haven't used an online collaboration tool find it super straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling across the screen and zooming in and out can be a bit of an issue across devices. In our workshops we had users who were on PCs who were unable to scroll and zoom properly, but we managed to sort through some settings and get it to work. Would be good if that settings adjustment was a little easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we've had during COVID is running workshops virtually. Without engagement and interaction, you generally don't end up getting much out of the client which was our fear. By using Lucidspark, we were able to allow our users to take part in the sessions themselves, create new post-its, share their thoughts and opinions, and truely co-design their processes alongside us, without having to be in the same room.

Having team players providing input in the same document is an excellent tool for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to highlight as a weakness. The software is well integrated with other systems and enables the team to carry out the work simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have teams in different offices, and not always possible to meet in person to discuss the ideas or brainstorm. Lucidspark enables collaboration even if we have people in other locations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Lucidspark for a business that requires collaboration between team members. It is also a handy tool for companies with offices in multiple locations.
Pretty good software, does all the basics we needed as a company but doesn't meet all our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
1. like a virtual whiteboard, you can set it up almost however you like so it's beneficial for workshop meetings when you want to get groups to collaborate with a common goal.
2. Adding reactions & voting is handy so as a facilitator you can see what comments need more attention
3. Ability to save templates is really handy as I use the same templates constantly for things like team retrospective.

1. The software is laggy and there is a slight delay in comparison to competitors.
2. Doesn't allow you to see who contributed to what, so it's hard to facilitate discussions.
3. Grouping tool is hard to use, as you can only group things by tags or keywords
4. More robust Jira integration, that would allow us to visualise the dependencies between tasks

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for collaborating efficiently and effectively now that we are predominately working from home. Lucidspark contributes to solving this problem but as mentioned, it doesn't do everything we want.

limited functionality for flowcharting with the team (have to upgrade to Lucidchart for this)
