What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are a better visual of a process functionality, Lucidsparks helps to spot issues with a process.
Lucid used for tech design, database design and architecture.
What do you like best about the product?
While I was designing my product architecture it was easy for me to just pick and drop icons, shapes, connect through them and text between them describing the usage or components. There are many ready to use icons and components divided in groups such as aws, azure, google cloud, android, networking, etc. As images speak better than words it helps to make the architecture much more explanatory.
The other features such as you can add different levels of diagram within the same template, you can have different pages(slides) to represent the product. This helped me a lot to break down my tech architect into different components.
Also I was able to share my design with different people who can look at it or review it for me. I was also able to download my tech design in the form of images, pdf, etc.
There are many pre difined design for different groups kind of tutorial which helped me a lot to understand the how easily I can use Lucid.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I was trying to design my product architecture and flow chart for my product . It was difficult for me to find easy icons such as image icon, document icon, icons for queue, etc which are basic parts of any tech design. Like I had to search through all the available pre build icons to find them.
As There are many icons divided into different groups it was difficult for me to find them and was time consuming. It would have been better if I could easily search for them by just typing the name such as image icon, s3 bucket etc.
There are many components for engineering tech design architecture which were unavailable on lucid such as kafka queue, rabbitmq, etc. This makes your design not much self explanatory when you use aws icon to define your service but kafka with shape.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Lucidspark for tech design, database design, and sequence diagrams.
The most helpful part was I was able to make my tech design much explainotery by directly use icons. For example if I have aws components such as EC2, s3 storage, etc.
I could easily pick the icon and use in my digram so that would easily explain the service I'm going to use in product architecture.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise them to try it once, follow the tutorials or have a look at the predefined design that already built for you as an example.

Not Just for Engineering
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is equal parts functional and straightforward. Whether you're in sales or engineering, Lucid has value and can make your meetings, presentations, and calls better. As an AE, I had always assumed applications like Lucid were for architects, project managers, and technical users who need to diagram data models and technical processes, but I was wrong. In my sales role, I have used Lucid to create org charts, business plans, and presentation materials. I've taken to using Lucid during discovery calls and presenting my screen so the client can see my thought process visually. The contacts are more engaged and have even called the visual discovery method "slick," which is excellent in this world of endless Zoom calls. Having a higher level of engagement with something like Lucid is fantastic; I wish I had known about its usefulness for sales earlier in my career! It's also great for internal collaboration. I frequently do internal account planning with my technical team via Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer user to Lucid, I don't dislike anything from a functionality perspective. My only frustration at this point is my novice level in the application. When my colleagues in engineering and delivery use Lucid, they click and create diagrams with speed and ease. Watching a power user operate in Lucid is powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve problems around a visually organized and intuitive way to conduct technical discovery, map business processes, and outline integrations. The two main benefits are time savings over representing this kind of information in other applications and the collaboration occurring internally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend finding every use case possible. Lucid can be powerful and engaging internally, externally, and for numerous types of discovery. Also, I would suggest, if you're in sales or a new user, get a few crash courses from power-users. I would get one when you first start on the basics, another once you've become comfortable, and queue one up for down the road when you're more confident.
Best workflow designer from my college project presentation to client demos. Kudos to the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simply precise and supreme and scalable in terms of user interface and collaborative. I liked the feature where it can be added to slack which is our primary collaboration tool. Its autosave functionality awesome as there is no way to lose the connects. The sticky notes are mind blowing which helps during our Program Increments to groom our stories effectively. The comment section is competely useful in terms of sharing ideas with in the team members without extensively collaborating via emails and thus reduces the round trips taken by the document before completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more export options could be included as it will be great to use the same in various other platforms such as in presentations and discussions. More descriptive and precise information could have been provided on what is the purpose of each and every entity present on the user Interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best place for collaboration and brainstorming in this current virtual collaboration scenario, filling in the void left by the whiteboards and markers. we are not missing our meeting rooms anymore because of lucidspark. The templates given are mind-blowing which was used to discuss and explain multiple scenarios both technical and non-technical. we used to solve business techincal and logical discussions by creating sticky notes and containers and also use the templates available for quicker organization of contents which we would like to present in the team and with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those missing the meeting rooms, boards, and markers, Lucidspark is the place.
Easy to Use. Great for Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive it is. No Manuals or training needed. My team can easily access it anywhere and make contributions. We have team meetings every Friday and can continue the brainstorming of ideas until the next meeting, enabling us to keep everybody engaged throughout the week and engaging the whole team as contributors to the future of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I'm very happy with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team meetings to brainstorm solutions over a period of time, with a busy team of realtors with different schedules

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do workshops remote in a really clear, fun & engaging way
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be more smooth, the current one is not for my taste
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a huge problem of sending files to one another after each update. With Lucid we can easily manage collaborative work & always see up to date information on our projects

The pricing structure would be better if it were month to month.
