Easy for architectural diagrams and in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are built-in shortcuts and an intuitive UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i click the wrong section of a shape and elongate the shape instead of moving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's more intuitive function than charting in another tool, like excel. i also like the templates provided.

Sharing can be a little complicated, and making that easier would be a benefit.

Visual learners are much easier to help when sharing a blueprint and creating it live

Integration with Salesforce and db. Many out-of-the-box components.

Self employe can't buy enterprise licenses that have integration with Salesforce.

A really swift learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucidspark is really intuitive and I learned all I needed in 30 minutes. The in build tutorials are really good and help you to get going, but actually the tools themselves are intuitive. I love the clear design elements and the ability to use premade templates or design our own. I also like how easy it is to explain to users even if they are remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It all works very well and smoothly. I like that it is frictionless and I have been able easily to share it with collaboarators. Logging in is the only thing that has ever caused collaboarators issues, but I do not think these have been Lucid Spark issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making clearly definited shared diagrams and decision trees for staff and working collaberatively in remote meetings to share thoughts and designs. Allowing real time working on projects in a way that goes beyond other shared packages in terms of level of detail and design available.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get started, it's really straightfoward to grasp and you will be surprised at how quickly you get underway. I would really urge people to dive straight in and start making use of the software as the best way of working out how you can use it. The cost is well worthwhile and the pricing plan is reasonable compared to other products on the market.
LucidChart is a game changer!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to create an organization chart using an excel spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I began using Lucid Chart, I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being able to complete organization charts at speeds that I could have never imagined. I realize that this is a huge time saver that allows me to be more productive in other areas of my work.

Please look into using this product. It will save you so much time and resources.
Easy to use and lots of tools!
What do you like best about the product?
The great variety of tools available, and how they are all easily accesible and easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option to downlaod as PDF to be a one click button always accesible. But i'm fine with 3 clicks to get there already.

We designed a new layput for the store and offices, inlcuding desks, sheving, bathrooms and breakrooms. We also did many organizational charts and other work flow charts.
Excellent for Six Sigma
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Lucid because it was perfect for my Six Sigma assignments. For example, I was able to create the necessary charts in shorter time and accurate placements. Lucid provided excellent templates that are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the program easy to use; I don't have any recommendations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend other uses to not feel overwhelmed with the program. Take a couple of minutes to get familiar with the templates, the keys, and how to navigate. Once you have a good feel, creating documents will be easy. This is an excellent source for all Six Sigma related courses and assignments.
