What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to improve what people can see on screen, I need to scroll to see everything. There are many "shapes", it can help to be more creative, but so many options can seem overwhelming.
I recommend that there are simpler tutorials for using Lucidchart, for example videos, and in more than one language, not only English
I think it is difficult to export Lucidchart to another program, I have not found how to export it to Power Point to make a presentation.
There are many menus, you need something more simplified and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as a first-timer BPMN trainee with helpful demonstration videos and help link that works with ease. The flow charts have everything you need, and the different shapes for different types of diagrams allows me to paint like Kandinsky
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little...
Whats not to like?
Especially once you sign up as a paid subscriber... the world is your BPMN Oyster!

Sub processes... ceating a chart of word content only and adding with Notes and linke etc and web pages... AMAZING!!
Flexible and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The intelligent setup for creating flow diagrams is very intuitive. In other flow programs, I kept finding myself looking for icons and toolbars to get the work done. Lucidspark does an excellent job of making tools available in the workspace, and intelligent connections make flow diagraming much faster and easier. In the past, I used a sketch pad to get my flow diagram ideas worked out because changes were difficult to handle in software. That difficulty is a thing of the past......if the flow changes, no big deal; changes are quick and easy. There are several options for saving documents as well and the traslation to those formats is great, WYSIWYG...what you see is what you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any glaring dislikes. If I had to pick something, I did not see custom page formats in the print dialogue. That seems a little picky. I end up just putting the formatting in the drawing space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found it helpful in communicating the design intent of systems to our automation engineers to streamline software development. Communication of ideas with persons whose first language is not English is much easier. I deal with many different people, and tools to bridge language barriers are always helpful.
Super easy to create org charts and to map out strat accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I am importing from Google Sheets to create org charts for top accounts. Simple process
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the pictures of people, having to look up linkedin url. Any workarounds here?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual learners find it easy to conceptualize large enterprise accounts.
Easy to use! The most user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides include that it is almost effortless to use; no other service has this ease of use. You do not have to be a software engineer to understand how to edit, change, add, etc. It's efficient and effective in presenting a visual rendering of services to client. This helps to outline complex ideas and simplify them for all to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some necessary understanding of how it works in order to get to the chart you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communication issues with clients, and a huge benefit has been how much clarity it brings to clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud based systems are trouble to use offline, and that can be a frustration.

The Best Tool to Create Visuals of Complex Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the templates they provide. I've never had to create something entirely from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to expand the workspace. I often find I need more room and end up shrinking everything down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to put my campaigns into a digestible chart to get buy-in from my leadership team and to define and document my processes.
LucidSpark makes business process documentation quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive, particularly with all of the templates available. Within minutes of activating my account, I was already building diagrams thanks to good UX and several examples available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features available that I'm probably not utilizing as many of them as I could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Lucidspark to document business processes, such as our marketing and sales pipeline, and handoffs between internal teams that have never been documented and are seeing inefficiencies. It's easy to layer processes with images that better illustrate them, without overcomplicating the original digram.
Great flowcharting tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the interface is to understand, especially being new to flow charting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand some of the new features (ex: Lucid Spark)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving some data flow mapping issues. Flow charting has been the only way to understand the problem.
