the intelligence of the automitc formating

difficulty to find unique things to do, like add an assistant to the org chart

Simple Effective Product
What do you like best about the product?
This is product has a very somple intuitive interface. It is easy and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it gets the job done without the addition of features that would not make it so effective to uise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is very effective in remote working conditions, during a Zoom meeting you can easy communicate ideas visually

It has a huge pool of resources to draw any diagram quickly.

I can't guess anything I don't like about it.

Building process flows, organisational maps.

I haven't had any issues using and trying lucid even in my first use

My flow diagrams are easily possible to create
Product good but watch billing they will overcharge without you knowing it.

The functionality is great. Easy to drop, drag, connect and visualize concepts
What do you dislike about the product?
They overcharged me and would not work with me to reverse charges. This is a known issue with them apparently.

Visualization of concepts
Lucid made it fast and easy to make needed diagrams for compliance

Super easy to get started, tons of useful templates to build off of.

It can be a bit memory intensive in your browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to make some network diagrams and data flow charts, for compliance auditing, and Lucid made it super fast to get these put together.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Lucid. I met with some individuals that work at Lucid, and they had some great tips and insight as to how to better use the product, which I have been playing around with. Great visual tool.

I dont dislike this tool, it does what I'd like to. i'm working on integration and have found it to be very helpful

Its helpful to see a process from point to point, with visual aides provided by lucid. It helps us to see where there are deficiences or redundancies

check it out, it can really help you and get your point across
Using as an individual is good but with a team even better for boosting creativity & productivity

Team collaboration and sharing increase creative thinking, and problem solving as well a productivity

I can't think of anything just yet but the team and I need to spend more time on it first

It has been great for problem-solving and helping to create visual aids and maps for helping to improve other systems within our organisation
Glad my new employer is using LucidChart!
What do you like best about the product?
The flowcharting functionality! At my previous employer, I looked for a cloud solution to create process maps, I was so used to using Visio, but my last workplace didn't have a licence. I stumbled upon lucidchart at this time, and it quickly became a staple program for me. I was happy when I joined my current employer to see that they were using it and held an organisation license.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any functionality that I dislike at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a visual learner, so it helps me to be able to visually map out processes and integrations to be able to understand client requirements.

It's super intuitive. Everything just works.

Downsides are some user learning curve but once learned it's easy

Creating uml diagrams and user flow charts.
