Great product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We loved it when we brainstorm, and it's like using it in real-time with people in the same room. Makes even members who aren't keen on new tech to adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have so many features. But we use the minimal since it's mostly drawing on ideas and strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to plan out the marketing team and allocating components involved.

The web-based flow chart was intuitive and enabled my employee to create a valuable document without any prior experience or training on the software.

Why you should use Lucidspark for your collaborative projects!
What do you like best about the product?
I am currently doing a 3rd year Engineering project at Cambridge University. I advised my group that we should use Lucidspark for collaborating on creating an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and we do not regret making our choice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! It has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am collaborating with my team on designing a database for a nutritional app. We have been using the Entity Relation Ship diagraming tool to visualize our database architecture. The main benefit is that we can imagine our database structure now!

I would highly recommend anyone working on a team project to try out Lucidspark as it makes your life easier to collaborate with your teammates!

As a company almost exclusively remote, we look for ways to collaborate effectively. The ability to use a real-time virtual whiteboard has helped several teams.
Lucid Simplifies the Complex but is Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use the program without endless hours of training. Lucid is easy to learn with lots of instructional videos. The more time you invest, the more you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing I dislike about this program.

Lucid allowed me to document a departmental process to explain to shareholders their role and see the big picture.

Ease of use, very fast to create flow charts.

When inserting into a Word document, flow chart imports as a picture and isnt editable.

The real time collaboration is wonderful. Being able to see what others are manipulating in real time makes for an easy way to all work on the same document.

The free version only allows four whiteboards which realistically not a bad deal but if since I have to fill in this part that is what i'm going to say.

We have used this tool to story board projects and create production timelines that can be attached to a visual of what the person's task is.
Lucidspark...Collaboration Product with an Innovative Twist
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the usual things you see in current applications (i.e. drag/drop, templates, collaboration options, etc.), but I liked the ease of use and collaborative features these most. Like Lucidchart, you don't need to be familiar with the program or an expert to make professional-looking diagrams, charts, or to-dos. I found it so much easier to work with than trying to use Word/Excel or the random sticky notes apps to keep track of your thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I disliked the most was that it is very similar to Lucidchart. I can understand the premise behind changing some of the functionality and expanding on a few features to make a new product, but I'd prefer to stick with Lucidchart to get the benefits of the workflows, but still make to-dos and sticky notes if I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not necessarily solving problems. I think the obvious choice here is using the program to satisfy the needs of the virtual workplace. With locations across the country, employees must collaborate across the platform. We do use Teams and Office365, so being able to incorporate an easy-to-use program into daily routines is a nice option to have,

Lucidspark is a fantastic product that is easy to use, and it's affordable. It takes little to no previous knowledge to use it, so employees can jump right in and start working. If you are collaborating with colleagues and want to stay on track on projects, I'd recommend looking at Lucidspark.
You do get some benefit out of the free version, however, you will need to sign up for the paid version to unlock the true potential.
