sparks Delight, but so can LucidChart!
What do you like best about the product?
The thought process behind developing the templates! It is an excellent collaborative tool (beyond Covid-times) for virtual teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
All functions as expected; what I am missing is the continuous value in LucidSparks after using an existing template!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual collaboration with virtual team members.

Get started here if you/your organization is looking to build a service design function. They have well-thought design functions nicely visualized and grouped in their templates.

What I like best is the easy click, drag and connect functions when creating an org chart.

Ther is nothing that I can say that I do not dislike about the platform

Great tool to create wireframes and flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is easy to use in terms of using its features to build accurate flowcharts and wireframes. It has an intuitive workflow, and all functions are also simple to find. I really like to use Lucidchart collaboratively with other team members, and Lucidchart captures all of our changes seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about LucidChart; it's an intuitive platform to use. The only feature I think could be helpful is having a mobile app that users can use casually to create flowcharts or ideas. Something that might already exist as well, but being able to scan drawn-out photos to create wireframes or flowcharts automatically would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to make wireframes for our department. Lucidchart is the only software we use to make wireframes, so Lucidchart contributes greatly to our product design and development process.
Very easy and intuitive to work with . Has a good collection of templates to get started with .
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid charts were very easy to use . Good collection of diagrams . I was able to use Lucid and come up with different architecture diagrams in a short span of time ahead of a meeting with my team .IT has a good collection of templates and also images including Azure , AWS and many other components .Collagorating with other team members and sharing was easy . It is really helpful in creating standardization and architecture documents.
Pros - Easy of use . Great tooling for Cloud components like Azure AWS Oracle . Able to import Visio and Many different export options like PDF , JPEG ,VISIO etc . Transition between the diagrams was smooth and provided various options . Additionally the shortcuts help to optimize the designs because the elements are presented in a visual way.
Cons - Trial period could be a bit longer.Slightly expensive for personal use .More templates could be builtin. More automation and integration with third party applications. As a suggestion, I believe that it would be very useful if this software offered options for buying separate vouchers for temporary use, as this possibility would be very useful for those who do not use the software so often.

Brilliant design support - specially for AWS
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart has up to date set of icons to add in the design, which is more relevant to my architecture needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, zooming and demoing is a bit difficult, as compare to miro! Also, there are no comments and interactive discussion support over a design.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and simplicity of the platform. Very user-friendly, even for those that are technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to moderate user activity. I'd like to see functionality to assign access based on levels and roles and control more of the posted content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping project members and stakeholders abreast of changes and goals within the projects. Ability to house all related materials in a central location.
A great collaborative experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a great tool to create multiple documents that are shared quickly with other teammates. The ability to make workflow diagrams and collaborate in real-time is enormous when you are trying to working in an agile, fast pace environment. I love the ability to create boards and logically organize my documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there were fewer limitations during the trial before you need to upgrade. I didn't feel like I could fully experience all of the functionality before I hit my limits when it came to creating different documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is allowing us to collaborate with our clients by sharing documents through features such as anonymous guests. Document collaboration is a huge benefit when it comes to managing relationships with multiple clients without having to purchase additional licensing.
Quick and Easy to Set Up Great Looking Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive this UI is. I've used similar applications in the past, and they leave you hunting around for the buttons you know you need, but don't know the location of. In LucidCharts, I feel as though I was able to breeze through creating my first set of flowcharts, as everything was so simple to figure out. I've created a series of flowcharts for our organization's production support team, and each document was completed in less than 30 minutes. I've also been able to go back in and make minor edits/changes to these charts, which was again extremely quick and easy to do. Overall, I'm really happy with LucidCharts, and my managers are happy with how quickly I'm turning out great-looking supplemental materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike yet. I've been using LucidCharts for a week, and during that time I was able to create exactly what I wanted to create (and in very short order).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're just trying to organize some of our teams' workflows. We started with brainstorming meetings, where a lot of information was drafted on whiteboards. I took pictures of these, and was able to easily recreate (and improve upon) them in no time at all.
