Conquering the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use premade templates and create visual workflows with notes to share and collaborate with co-workers. The flexibility of adjusting the workspace is wonderful so you do not have to restrict the flow in either direction. Changing the format of the boxes provides a nice visual representation unlike other workflow platforms. The tutorial videos provide easy to learn tricks that help navigate the learning curve associated with using a new platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting the creation to share with individuals outside the program, the format of my lucidchart needs to be adjusted, so it is clearly visible on the external platform. This requires modifying the font size, box size and positioning, so the image is visual for others after exporting it. When you select a portion of the chart, it would be helpful to easily manipulate the font size without needing to adjust the size of the boxes and positioning manually for each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping to identify inefficiencies in different departments and provide clear instructions for training employees to have a reference tool to use as they grow in the position. We collaborate with multiple employees to create these visual explanations, which help ensure everyone is on the same page with the changes and new processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the software is great. No need to hunt for anything, the user experience is well thought out and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame I can't export the diagram to a code format so I can include it in source code which is then versioned.

Software architecture and design
It's very good. It simplifies the task a lot since there are pre-defined templates

We use it to define processes in the company I work for. We also diagram infrastructure so that everything is reflected in graphics.
Good Tool For Collaboration

Real-time collaboration and idea capture

Not being able to go back to my docs from the same tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving operations-related problems in my value stream. It has helped with formal problem solving thru Microsoft teams. I could assimilate reasons and move things around just like using a whiteboard and post its.
Lucid is a great replacement for Visio
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn/use. As a product manager, I need to create a lot of diagrams and flowcharts and was able to easily come up to speed with Lucidcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the offline mode as a bit hard and it still needs more improvements as I thought a bouple of times I lost my work.

I create a lot of diagrams and charts to show roadmaps and other development activities and Lucidcharts have helped make this simple.
Lucid Chart makes brainstorming our sales campaigns easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart makes adding and subtracting ideas to our sales campaign so easy. Lucid Chart is like having a big poster board available without taking up all the space. I like being able to add flow charts, links, and shapes as well as different colors to my charts
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using Lucid Chart but once you have the hang of it it's pretty easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart allowed our remote team to solve the problem by having a place where everyone could go to look at and edit our sales campaign in one place.
It is easy to streamline work using Lucid.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Mural in the past, and Lucid feels like an upgraded version of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toolbar on the left could be condensed and simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A space where all my colleagues can collaborate on a project. The learning curve to get started is faster than your competitors (Invision, Mural)
Very intuitive & easy to use

Drag and drop functions are super easy to use. I also like that the shapes, arrows, and text are very customizable.

There is nothing I dislike. Great program!

Absolute Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly WYSIWYG platform. Useful templates. Drag & drop & clipboard capabilities make for easy graphic import.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be careful about personal/organizational subscriptions. Unintentional ties are time-consuming to unlink.

Map onboarding/post-sales flow. Lucid helps us to represent growth opportunities visually.
