Web-Based Speed with Powerful AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the AI model where I could give a prompt and it generated everything as I wanted. I like the easiness of having a web app rather than desktop - it is more quick than alternatives. It is faster since it is web-based and cheaper for those who don't have Microsoft Office. I had no issues at all with the initial setup, and I like how it integrates with tools such as Google suite, Drive, and Looker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting was hard. I wanted to change a color but many were impacted, and some AI model rules made manual reformatting not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for building process flow diagrams. It solves the hassle of slow, desktop-based alternatives by being a faster, web-based solution that's cheaper for non-Microsoft Office users.
Useful Visual Planning Tool That's Held Back By Poor AI Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of the software. I find it easy to create flowcharts to describe workflows and the structure of something. I've used it for IT help desk and web development. Lucid proved to be equally useful for both cases.
As a result, I was able to map out a typical interaction in help desk to work with end-users and support them with what they need. For web development, I was able to map out the structure of the website. It's a useful tool for referencing what webpages to work on.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the AI to be unhelpful. It's nice that it's available to answer questions about the platform, but showing images to do something would be appreciated for visual learners and those with language barriers.
I appreciate it can also generate premade diagrams that I can adjust to my liking, but the platform would say I ran out of shapes while generating, and I would have to upgrade from the free plan. To me, it defeats the purpose of using AI.
The speed is also relatively slow compared to other AI I've used, such as ChatGPT and Gemini. This has wasted time that could have been used towards productivity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my ability to plan before implementing projects. It really is a useful tool for planning with a project in mind.
I've been able to stick with the plans and complete the projects to my standards. This is critical to helping me become a better web developer.

Best way to create flowcharts and workflow and organigrams and collaborate with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free plan had more options to just save and share easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaborations, business plan creations, executive presentations
User-Friendly But Initially Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I found the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite pretty user-friendly despite having used it only once. There are many options for setting up forms, which shows how versatile it is. This versatility can be useful for doing retrospectives and brainstorming sessions where the team can work together anonymously, upvoting or downvoting topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just had to get used to switching between using the mouse to move things and to write, and I kinda wish there was a quick and easier solve for that. Since I was doing a lot of back and forth, it would have been nice to have an easier way to switch between movement and writing text. It was a little more complicated because there are so many options in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that it can be tricky to figure out which option makes the most sense based on the topic and the discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create a digital retro board, allowing our team to do retrospectives and brainstorm anonymously. It helps us upvote or downvote topics, making collaboration straightforward.
Intuitive and Collaborative, A Time-Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map out customer architectures and collaborate internally. I really appreciate its easy-to-use UI and the functionality that allows multiple users to access it at the same time, which is great for my team. It saves us a ton of time and ensures we're working off the most up-to-date document without having to meet. The initial setup was very easy, and its ease of use and industry-leading capabilities led my team to switch from the Microsoft suite. I also like that I can connect it to Google Docs and other productivity tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any. Perhaps a bit of a long loading time when joining a chart?

Easiest Tool for Diagram and Flowchart Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create flowcharts and attach them with arrows, and how making the boxes is straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, and I had no issues with it. I chose Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it lets me control the chart creation better.

Simplifies Architectural Collaboration Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I like most of what Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers, especially its official collaboration features. Lucid Chat stands out for being very nice and effective. It helps in realizing architecture patterns and designs comprehensively. The suite supports clear communication during customer interactions, particularly with video conferencing and visualization parts. This assists in presenting architectural diagrams in an easy-to-understand and illustrative way. I also find the initial setup to be straightforward and very easy, with no issues getting started. Overall, it's awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so we have, but a few things that will help us is let's say, it's related to AWS or, any cloud services related services images or icons or SVGs. If it has, it will help us to put architecture around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve collaboration issues. It enhances cross-team collaboration and gives everyone a clear vision of our projects. This makes understanding architecture and project insights easier, benefiting both leadership and product management teams.
Intuitive, Flexible Process Mapping with Smooth Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how intuitive and flexible it is for creating process maps. I use it often to map out workflows, and the drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to turn complex processes into clear, visual diagrams without a lot of effort.
Real-time collaboration is another major advantage. My team can open the same document, leave comments, suggest edits, and update things at the same time, which cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth. It feels smooth and natural, whether we’re working together in a workshop or refining a process asynchronously.
I also appreciate the templates and shape libraries. They give me a solid starting point, while still letting me customize everything so the final process map looks polished and professional. Overall, the tool helps me think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and keep projects moving forward faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out something, it would be that very large, highly detailed process maps can occasionally feel a bit crowded or require some zooming and organizing to keep everything perfectly structured.
That said, the flexibility of the canvas and the ability to use layers, containers, and linking between pages usually solves that. It’s a minor tradeoff considering how powerful and collaborative the platform is overall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the challenge of turning complex, cross-functional processes into clear, shared visual workflows. Before using Lucid, it was difficult to align stakeholders because everyone interpreted written documentation differently.
By creating process maps in Lucid, I can visually break down each step, decision point, and handoff, which eliminates ambiguity and surfaces gaps or inefficiencies much faster. The real-time collaboration features also solve the problem of siloed feedback — my team can review, comment, and iterate together in one place instead of juggling multiple documents and email threads.
The biggest benefit for me is clarity and speed. We make decisions faster, onboard new team members more effectively, and continuously improve our processes because everything is transparent and easy to understand.
