It has a very versatile use and it was definitely easy to get started

It is a paid service to use for team and to share ideas online (when there are other free alternatives)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of team discussion and mindmapping. That's when we use lucidspark
The best app I used for diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I have used all apps in the market, and I have tried all of them for a period. But I will be honest Lucidpark was the best app I have used. It can be integrated with other apps also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems a little bit slow. Maybe they can change the design to look more knit and luxurious.

Making diagrams, presentation charts, collaboration during meetings
great app
What do you like best about the product?

Lucidspark makes it easy to collaborate with my team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can freehand draw to convey my thoughts to my peers. We are able to discuss and vote real time on topics. This is really helpful especially in virtual times
What do you dislike about the product?
Icons are a little limited. It would be nice to have more shapes and icons available in order to convey ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to ideate quickly and get feedback from the team. It allows for real time collaboration rather than having to just discuss. We are able to see what the other person is thinking of.
Lucidspark is a great mapping tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to fully visualize a project, map a website, and include links to documents and pages all in one place. It makes projects so much more accessible to all the parties involved - client, designer, copywriter, program manager, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super nice to be able to have a "branded" option where the colors & shapes auto-populate based on the client's key. You can create templates, which helps, but I think that could be developed a bit more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with multiple team members across many time zones is challenging. Lucidspark helps me get organized, keep everyone on the same page (literally!), and clearly communicate the components of involved projects and funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend this product! This is an excellent mapping tool that brings major clarity to projects, and it makes site development and funnel creation so much easier. It's especially great if you are a visual learner, or if you are working with a team. Lucidspark makes collaboration extremely easy, and I also generate links that make co-use with Slack, Asana, and Google Drive exceptionally easy as well.
Academic Success Coach

I enjoyed how easy it was for students to receive the visuals. I also think they enjoyed seeing something other than a typical zoom screen interaction.

There are a lot of features with which to get familiar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not found any problems yet. The students may have additional feedback though
Lucidspark is my go to tool for any type of organizational mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. number and variety of templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing feature is a bit clumsy - would like to share without users having to create an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping, organizational mapping which has improved efficiency and created more cohesive teams as they can see not only what they own, but how that fits into the overall company goals.
Perfect for creating company and management structures
What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to manipulate, and I love that there are so many different options I could choose from. So far, the best software I've used for these types of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it's a paid service, but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to communicate the different structures and hierarchies clearly and effectively with all staff.
I found mural to be better
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty interactive and fluid. Like the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit over the mark. Also I am a student.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a similar app for Design Thinking and creating Strategies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good product if you have money
straightforward visual mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I have used the grid option most thus far: I appreciate how the grid option predicts which shapes I'm likely to use / anticipates the connectors between them. The "infinite" sheet option is also bomb.
The mapping as a whole makes me feel super smart, but most importantly there are many subtle ways to add depth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the shortcuts aren't intuitive for me yet (ex: it took me a while to understand how to click a link in a map).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is learning how to see overlap between math, ela, and social emotional core standards in US schools. By using Lucid maps we can see how standards flow (non)linearly, concurrently, and how certain categories build
