What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is one of the best diagramming tools as it offers everything you need. We use it to map operational flows in businesses that we partner with, and it helps us develop clarity around the problems we would like to solve and ensures that our team has a shared understanding. Another advantage is how it allows us to communicate more effectively with external partners by sharing our resources and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to allow people with whom you have shared a diagram with to comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is super awesome for collaboratively developing diagrams. I love how it helps to visualize what is being discussed and helps significantly to increase transparency across all stakeholders. Also, the feedback we are getting from our customers is definitely positive and for me, it's a great addition to my toolset.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on a daily basis and it does a great job. I have used it to understand the workflow of complex code. Ease of feature usability is it's biggest asset, and I like how it makes my job of understanding the code really easy. I like its good export functionality and sharing options with other team members or stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't remember anything that didn't work well. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is complete and it makes my work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps communicate through the visualization of different concepts of system architecture. I find the behavior diagrams to be one of the strongest offerings from Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and the icon library to be very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us to describe processes, architecture decisions and strategical planning. It has a very good and nice UI and intuitive tools. We also use it to develop, design and produce flowcharts, graphs, tables and other visual data presentations that allow for clear and coherent data modeling strategies. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's support is the best, always ready and available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There would be better exporting capabilities and integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps to allow for comprehensive data flow while making it easier and manageable for customer and internal coherency within the organization. With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is very easy to create project management graphs, and I like how it helps to orient internal and external personnel on decision points.

It has been seamless to detect potential bottlenecks + optimization areas via architecture design diagramming and charting.
Professional Diagrams Made Easy with Powerful Customization and Easy Symbol Linking
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of shapes and symbols available made it easy to customize my diagrams and make them look professional. It has real-time collaboration which makes it easy to be used as a whiteboard as well. I can do about anything I would ever want to do with a flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid has all it’s features on point. I haven’t seen any feature I don’t like or room for improvement at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is the tool that I use to map product marketing roadmaps and prospect journey visualization and this has been very helpful for our marketing strategy and upselling. The flowcharting makes it easy to manipulate marketing processes so that we can standardize them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it allows me to play with ideas that I can ultimately present to an architect so that we have a starting point for a long-term solution. It is super easy to use, incredibly well designed, making it very easy to navigate. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also great for creating workflow diagrams. It gets the job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be easier to set up rules in template.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great and useful if you need to create a visual or a diagram to aid in a process. Secondly, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has definitely helped my team have a clearer concept of the processes we follow.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable the appearance of diagrams easily with Lucid gives my charts and graphs a distinctive aspect and aids in the understanding of processes by my coworkers. It’s also fantastic to have a great collection of shapes and icons which ensures my graphs are as detailed as possible and that makes Lucid the best software in this field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no unusual drawbacks and no denying it is an excellent tool if you get the paid version due to the enormous quantity of drawing elements available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flowcharts and graphs are efficient in sharing important data and analysis and I like that it easily converts complex processes into simple flow chart and diagrams as per convenience.
