What do you like best about the product?
Representing my thoughts as a virtual workflow chart, idea portrayal and representing various procedures with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps complete my work quicker. Features are sufficient and it has all the shapes that I need for my diagramming tasks when I need to plan workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I would change about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite although a free doesn’t have access to all the features but the subscription method helps with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for brainstorming sessions to articulate my ideas via crisp diagrams and even when the projects were complex, its reliable tools made it easy to represent each project plan by mapping processes.
Customizing Diagrams Straight from Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Suitable for Presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to get started and there are a huge amount of objects to choose. Being able to create flowcharts with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is so helpful. I have tried all the top diagramming solutions and none compare to Lucid. It is easy to import data and select different types of shapes and smart art to create workflows and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t find any improvement points about this tool I just like how complete and amazing it is for creating flowcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture the processes step by step with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and then identify processes that can be redesigned to be faster and efficient has helped manage all my daily work through it.
Powerful software with a lot of templates to completely customize charts, diagrams and much more
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, very reliable workspace and the extra features Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers allows me to do multiple things at once, in a very efficient way and design diagrams accurately. The desired feature like drag & drop is the best feature available here allowing me to click and drag each corresponding element to the workspace for quick data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven’t missed any feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite nor have I had any issue which bothered me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration provides all the tools to visualize data in the form of flow chart diagrams which I enjoyed using during presentations and reviews of projects as it shows process flow simply.
The Feature Set is Very Complete and the Interface is Solid for Flowchart Creation
What do you like best about the product?
The top most feature I like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite would definitely be the extensive library of icons and shapes to diagram just about anything. I have practically all the tools needed to map robust processes and in addition the tool is very intuitive I needed no training to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe most free users would appreciate if the free version can offer more than 3 projects.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a great platform for designing organizational charts and procedural steps that simplify large volumes of information and workflows are clearly shown with diagrams.

What do you like best about the product?
the available template library has a ton of options to begin with for creative flows. and also the AI feature is a helpful tool in terms of creating visual flow from text prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
there aren't any such features which i dislike now, i believe this is a concise tool and all the necessary features are available here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main pain point it solves is able to make the plans, charts and flow visualize for better elaborative approach

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to diagramming Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very reliable and I like the drag and drop editor feature that really make my project work easier. It has a variety of images and shapes to adapt to different types of diagrams which makes flow chart designing so much simpler than other platforms I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very handy for my needs without any issues and nothing more to ask at this time.

I need a ton of chart flows for my work to pinpoint customer service gaps, with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite it is very easy to create them and it lets me consolidate all my drawings and share easily with the marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automatically generate AWS diagrams is a game-changer. It reduces mapping time and helps ensure technical accuracy by avoiding the manual errors that can creep in. On top of that, it’s genuinely user-friendly in a way I haven’t found in other visual design tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when the board gets massive and accumulates too many elements, the experience becomes somewhat frustrating—at least in that moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly structure complex ideas is incredible. Because everything is visualized in clear diagrams, misunderstandings in meetings have basically disappeared. It feels like the ultimate tool for keeping the whole team aligned and coordinated in real time.

I like that it is very easy to understand and use its features and ability to customize diagrams with colors,shapes and text.

There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is very easy to use with great customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to map out an end to end process, visually; also the ability for others to collaborate with you in the same file, really powerful/helpful tool to gain alignment amongst many cross functional partners

I wish there were more Accounting specific template flowcharts, that would make it more efficient than starting from scratch each time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve spent hours in meetings trying to gain alignment on the end-to-end business and design approach, as well as the flow that’s critical for setting up an operational process. Lucid makes this very easy to do in a simple yet structured/clear visual chart.
Great for Flowcharts and Architecture Diagrams That Clarify Current and Future State.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mainly to create process flow and/or architecture pictures. It's a great tool for any business to use from simple organizational chart to the most complex charts and processes to help the business move forward. To create a flowchart is very good and we are able to visualize the current and future state.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit harder to add more shapes as the free version had limits on how many shapes I can use.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows transparency to proactively identify potential failings in the process. Also, sharing our comments in real-time has allowed the team to communicate between scheduled meetings.
