High Accuracy Diagrams to Visualize Traffic Flow Across the Network with All Port Connection Details
What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous diagram templates to choose from, especially as someone in network and cybersecurity, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me visualize our network environment by supporting creation of consistent diagrams that clarify relationships between multiple network components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t have any problems with it except for a little challenge in choosing arrow directions in tight shape spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is my best platform for creating network diagrams to map network flow between guest Wi-Fi segments, booking engines, and our POS system to ensure we are maintaining consistent PCI DSS security standards.
Sleek, Smooth BPMN Diagramming That Feels Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sleek design of the app, Very good for making BPMN processes and diagrams, however the ai generator of lucid is still lacking in my opinion, even when i offered it very detailed description of what diagrama i want even with concrete classes relationships etc, it was not correct and id rather use LLM that would tell me in text and i would incorporate it here. The pricing i do not care as it is a company tool, so it is not related to me. Performance is good, i never felt like i am waiting and everything is smooth. For integrations i tried to feed it a .bpmn diagram and it converts it very well, aside from visual standpoint i have to pat it by myself but i was very content with it. Overall i would say the tool is very worth it for people who work in this field and the onboarding was smooth and had no problems with anything. I feel for sure I am getting my money worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generator. It still needs to be tweaked to be useful, I would rather use a LLM on the side helping me make a chart on text and then connecting it rather than use the generator because it is still very inaccurate. If this tool would be complete and fullfill all the recommendations it would be the game changer in this industry for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our workflows put on whiteboard makes us realize what we can enhance and what we are doing right in our team. It pinpoints our weak points and things we can work on
Easy to Create Cloud Architecture Diagrams with Flexible Templates and Wide Variety of AWS Icons
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS makes it easy to draw block diagrams and flow charts and document them while offering export compatibility with different file formats like PDF, PNG and SVG. What I appreciate the most is the availability of multiple editable templates and AWS icons that I use to build cloud architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to share about LVCS, it is easily installed, customizable and great for process visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use cloud architecture diagrams to visualize the full cloud environment showing how subnets, firewalls and security control systems in our AWS platform are interconnected which makes it easy to point out the best areas for network segmentation.
The Most Capable Platform to Make Fast Data Flow Drawing Visually Linking Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very easy to use and has built-in shapes, icons and section connectors that I use to visualize data flow in our systems and it is definitely my best tool in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build different types of diagrams because it has many options to connect a wide range of data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaborative part of Lucidchart doesn’t update often with new features but nevertheless this part is well supported by Lucidspark as part of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps create very effective data flow diagrams that helps me explain visually to stakeholders how financial data moves through our banking systems like payment gateways, fraud detection systems, and reporting tools.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a wonderful platform to use as I do a lot of process mapping and organizational charts and I really like it has a variety of objects and shapes that makes data representation on a diagram easier.

No major issues I frequently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I am happy with this powerful platform for diagramming.

I have developed a series of process flow diagrams and organizational charts to visually represent our board structure defining relationships between the board and executive leadership to enhance governance transparency.

Love AI for aiding with my process flows with significantly boosted productivity although it needs the user to know what to ask.

I respect it for bang for a buck for use by everyone even on small business for it's cheap with extensive templates to tailor it to my project needs.Rocks with versatility with flowcharts,presentation and illustrations all in one place.Terrific for effective project visualization with library of tools and shapes making my building easier streamlining my workflows.
Time-Saving Drag-and-Drop Workflow, Though the Experience Can Vary
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to the drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week, create a smooth workflow, and have different options to play around with makes it easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the grid for flowchart design, I’m unable to move the labels as needed. This lack of control makes it difficult to adjust the layout the way I want.

The ability to jump directly into a design and add multiple elements, along with the ability to connect the dots for workflows, makes the whole designing process much simpler.
Fast Sync and Easy Collaboration, Needs Simpler Drafting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a software engineer to share diagrams with my teammates and write design doc flows. I appreciate how it offers a fast and easy way to share things between team members. I like how fast it syncs, allowing me to be on a Zoom call and see them the same as everyone else. I enjoy the ability to write comments and write on the board, making it easy to have separate conversations for different parts of a diagram while keeping all comments organized and clean. The initial setup was very simple and easy, I didn't really need to do much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for quick fast diagrams, there's a bit too many options and buttons. I would like to see a simple/fast drafting setup, similar to Excalidraw.

What do you like best about the product?
The huge library of elements, icons, and templates makes Lucidchart the best for making diagrams and process flows. I like how easy it is to show the linkages among various elements within our company processes diagrammatically instead of in wordy reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used it for 2.5 years now there are no major dislikes although getting the arrows correct is sometimes challenging if the diagram is huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The production workflow diagrams map the entire lifecycle of our media projects and the content approval process flowcharts have been very helpful in outlining how scripts, storyboards, and final edits move through review and approval stages.
