Easy Team Collaboration, But Finding the Right Settings Takes Some Digging
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use for collaboration. I worked on a team project, and everyone was able to contribute smoothly without much technical friction or setup hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn’t much guidance. The ANSI shapes didn’t quite match our previous projects with rounded edges, so I had to do some digging to find the right setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping business processes is easy, and it’s simple to do it collaboratively with others.

What do you like best about the product?
My great adulation is with ready templates which has made my onboarding super smooth.Sleek interface and layout that makes it easy to use.Top notch versatility with my flowcharts,diagrams and presentation of my ideas.I love it as my cloud based cross platform with access of my projects from anywhere.Glad how am able to collaborate with my teams on diagramming and preparation of documentation for our software projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucid that it has been super effective to plan events and meetings by creating layouts, timelines and agendas via flowcharts and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization upgraded from Team to Custom Tier from January 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ - it is tailored for all our needs - no bugs experienced.

Visual Documentation and Advanced Integration with Small Adjustments Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different features for representation and the integration via MCP in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which facilitate maintaining alignment between code and documentation. Use AI, Claude Code, and Lucid MCP server to generate flow graphs and data dependencies from the code is an important feature for me, as it allows the documentation to be updated automatically. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom in and zoom out are not very intuitive, I still haven't clearly figured out how to simplify navigation in a chart. Clarify any keyboard or mouse shortcuts we can use, have an option for zooming in on a selected area on the screen, have an option to click on the screen and slide it up or down, instead of using the scroll bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for clear and visual documentation on dependencies, clarifying business operations and requirements, as well as facilitating alignment between code and documentation with Lucid MCP integration.

Easy to use to create IT architecture diagrams and collaborate with others, very intuitive user interface

AI capabilities needs to be polished in specific the automatic generacion of diagrams for cloud

Exceptional in Flowchart Designs When the Goal is Great Clarity and Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
Its drag and drop features allows for easy setup of business processes and organizational charts that are the lifeline of our organization. I like Lucidchart so much because any shape and icon I require is already available there to create a workflow. The paid has everything I need and has been polished with the release of each new version.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems encountered in the process of creating diagrams with Lucidchart the platform is really good at that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has been very useful for me when I have had to create organizational charts, mental maps, brainstorming flows, etc in projects that require the interaction of staff from various areas. Its much easier to understand the sequence of activities in product design processes when we have a visual look into the process.
Easy Collaboration with Real-Time Co-Editing
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use, and it’s great that multiple people can work on the same document at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the keyboard shortcuts aren’t standard. If you’re used to other platforms, it’s easy to inadvertently press the wrong keys out of habit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great tool for mapping out our current-state processes, and I’m looking forward to using it for future-state mapping as well.
Clear Flowcharting Environment for Seamless Communication Protocol Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Its clarity in graphics and provision of an appropriate environment for each type of flowchart makes it easier to draw communication flows that help develop an easy understanding of communication channels to avoid communication gaps and ensure coordinated messaging across key decision-makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues experienced since the start of using it 2 years ago it does function well for both small and huge diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create my structured information flow sequences with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I appreciate how well the flowcharts clearly show all the stages media assets move through between partners, internal teams, and distribution to multiple channels.
Streamlines Complex Workflows with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite breaks down complex workflows into something visual and easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders. It helps solve the lack of clarity and alignment when dealing with complex processes across teams, especially in RevOps where workflows can be intricate and hard to explain. Lucid helps turn them into clear visual diagrams so everyone is on the same page. I also appreciate that I've to focus less on explaining complex workflows, logics, and technical infrastructure to stakeholders and new hires. The setup was pretty easy, and I'd rate it 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have better templates to support use case for RevOps. In today's world where AI is building things, Lucid should have native integrations with leading AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite clarifies and aligns complex processes, making them easy for stakeholders to understand. It reduces the time I spend explaining workflows, helping everyone stay on the same page and providing clarity on existing systems.
