Key Account Strategies Visualization at Breeze for 2️⃣4️⃣/7️⃣ with LVCS
What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucid that I am able to map out key account relationships and plans with flowcharts and diagrams allocated by Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark on a daily basis and I seldom encounter issues on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning customer engagements by developing timelines and plans for customer interactions in my org.
Great Flowcharting with Good Jira & Confluence Integration to Support Documentation with Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite supports a wide range of shapes, lines and icons for quick diagram creation and it integrates well with other tools, specifically Jira and Confluence enabling me to embed diagrams to tickets and documentation pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn’t have any problematic features it is very easy to build diagrams and share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very useful for every flow chart related to workflow diagrams, business visualization, and network topologies showing how different network zones are segmented. Embedding diagrams into our documentation makes it win in appearance compared to our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
LVCS works very well allowing me to organize complex ideas visually using the templates and shapes provided. I was able to create fantastic network diagrams even on the first try and I like how the intuitive diagramming interface enables me to turn my thoughts into a chart in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about LVCS, for me it is very good and it helps a lot throughout my day to day diagram tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many symbols including AWS shapes that I use to create architecture diagrams that map the process of achieving our ISO 27001 compliance and flowcharts provide executives with a clear visual representation of assets that are compliant in the cloud
Amazing product that we use for visualizing processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration suite have been my go tool for creating complex flow diagrams , Gantt charts , mind maps and whiteboard .The collaborative editing and the availability of pre-made visual components are major game changer. Also using Lucid visual we are able to export and share files in various formats such .txt , .xls , .pdf and HTML.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website load time should be improved. Sometimes it very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The web app and technical support has been reliable when assisting us with any issue. Easy to share files in various formats and it offer huge library templates.
A great all-around user-friendly tool with power
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of it are the ease of use and the ability to collaborate and track who and how you share. There are some great features, as well!

I liked the tools, it was a bit unclear about the pricing and sign-up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of drawing and tooling toolbars offered by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The readymade templates are something I love because they are a big time saver. The tooling really helps me visualize brainstorming ideas, which is incredibly useful for product design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tooltip suggestions would be nice. Are you trying to g to do this? Here’s how you do it. I would also like AI prompts ability. That would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flow diagrams and user journeys, collaborating with engineering and design teams during retro meetings where we can all access a shared screen and contribute.

It allows the team to collaborate during the design phase, share suggestions, and refine the final outcome. It provides the right tools and visual elements to create a clear, meaningful architecture. The AI-powered diagram generator is also very useful.

Integration with 3rd party tools is amazing, it lets you import data from google sheets, SQL, excel, csv and even sticky notes and build charts and diagrams based on that. It is perfect blend of performance and simplicity while keeping the experience snappy. It is a value for money product and provides good ROI. Their support system is very pro-active and community provides answer to most of the questions.

Just one thing that comes to my mind is, having a desktop lucid app would be a nice addition for people who still prefer a desktop app instead of a browser-based app.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual application is primarily used in our department for diagrams documenting systems, processes and IT architecture . Its reliable and creative tool that enables us to display all parts that take part in any kind of process. Lucid also offers wide range of customization options and ready to use templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing of data especially from excel can be challenging sometimes. But every other feature in lucid works extremely well.
